The property was very clean, the house is spacious, some shade is provided by the pool, bikes were provided to ride into town and that enhanced the trip. Very close to beach. The area is very safe and beautiful. Good restaurants nearby. Perfect for our girls trip!

The house was booked for a family vacation- we needed 3 beds/3 baths w/pool. This appeared to be a fit for our needs, however, the AC is much too small for this house so it we were unable to use the two bedrooms upstairs- stifling heat! Only the master bedroom downstairs was bearable. We had to make beds on the floor in the living room for two couples- AWKWARD. Even though the home advertised a sofa bed in the living room, there were no sheets.Additionally, the third bathroom was situated in a spot with zero privacy (between the kitchen and the pool.). You literally had to pass through the bathroom to access the backyard. It was not adjacent to any bedroom, appeared to be added, after the fact.There were only very few towels so we had to purchase laundry detergent and wash towels, bath cloths, etc., every day. This is the first time I’ve ever had a home on this platform that did not furnish even hand soap, much less shampoo, body wash, etc..I suppose through no fault of the owner or the management agency, paying extra for the pool was pointless as the pool water was so warm the kids refused to get in. Hot. The one positive I can say about this property is it is immediately off of the interstate so you didn’t have to go through the 20 mph traffic down 30a to get to it. It was easy in and easy out.

Great home that fit our family very well. There are no major complaints at all. We found it clean, plenty of room to spread out, and the pool was wonderful. The beach access is just down the road and to the right; a short walk. We did find the internet to be not great especially at night. If you have bandwidth hogging kids like us you will notice a lot of buffering and complaints. Overall though, we will be back.

The property was as described. Overall, we loved the property and we really enjoyed our stay. The property management company was always responsive. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and it was fixed the next morning. The only downside was that the tile floors felt like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages (as evident by my dirty socks and bare feet). Clean floors leave a lasting impression.

The house is beautiful and the location was very convenient however… these are somethings that need to be addressed: when we open the sofa bed we were discussed with the stain on the mattress and the amount of debris under the sofa and in between the cushion. The dishwashing machine doesn’t work, the hot water in the tub at the master bedroom.

Everything was great and house was so clean. Pool was a plus and it was very close to the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay at this vacation house, situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with other beautiful homes. It had a beautiful, open design with plenty of room for our group of 6. The beach was about a 5 minute walk. After an afternoon there, it was refreshing to walk back and jump into our own private pool to cool off. The fabulous kitchen was well stocked for cooking and very clean, as well as the bathrooms. We liked the location of this house, just to the west of Alys Beach. The service from the property management was excellent, as the only thing we needed was a new propane tank for the grill which was delivered quickly. If we could only give one suggestion, it would be to give the entry to the house under the porch roof a good spray or wipe down, since it is the first thing you see at the property when arriving. All in all, a wonderful place to vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was ok. The pool had algae growing in it and the deck furniture was covered in mold. There was no net available to clean the pool. The filter on the heat and A/C unit was absolutely filthy and we had to replace the filter. The front of the house (entryway) looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several years. The inside of the house was very clean.

Perfect Place!

Wonderful location! We stayed during peak season and the private beach was not crowded. The house had plenty of room for our family of seven- 4 adults and 3 children ages 13,10 & 7. Short walk to beach access but missed it first time- sign hidden behind shrubs. We loved this house and location. We would stay here again. *Just one negative - the required pool alarm is annoying but can be silenced after opening the door.

overall the house was nice. we did have a few issues with the check in and there were some dirty areas that did not get cleaned like the master room sheets and swimming pool.

For the most part we enjoyed the stay. There for a Bachelorette trip. We're all 30+ in age so we wanted relaxing and thats exactly what we got, until we found bugs. I contacted the property manager and was told they would send someone ASAP. We happened to be on the beach when they came to inspect and was told what we seen was cookie crumbs, even though there was a dead one on a piece of paper we left. They refused to come back out while one of us was there at the house. The pool filter was also clogged. Location was great though.

This property is overall nice and I would recommend. The location to the beach is close and we never had any issues finding space on the beach. The house has great space in all rooms and the pool was nice. The house is in between Rosemary Beach and The Hub, so riding bikes and/or walking either way was easy. My family and I just feel that the home needs some tender loving care. The queen bedroom mattress and bed frame needs to be replaced, and under the bed needs to be cleaned. My son slept on it, but he’s 20 and not too particular. The dryer wasn’t drying, which we noticed around 10pm the second night. My husband had to clean out the main dryer vent. It was very loaded with debris. On the first night, we went up to eat on the top porch/deck, and we couldn’t. All the furniture had holes and was dry rotted. I notified the management immediately, but nothing was replaced all week but they did say that they notified the owner so maybe it will be replaced for future families. I feel if they would take care of a few simple items, it would be great.
