Stayed Sep 6, 2025The house was very spacious and open. Well decorated and inviting. The location was a perfect walk to the beach and restaurants. The backyard is great for badminton and cornhole.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025We love everything about this vacation house! It feels like our home away from home for our family. We have plenty of room to stretch out,and all amenities are wonderful. I definitely see us renting this house for years to come as it has all the perks of being close to bay for our grandson,as well as a short stroll into lovely Lewes. Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation and the location was perfect for us. This was our third year renting this property and the first year since it changed rental agents. We definitely noticed a difference in the cleanliness of the house. The floors had not been cleaned, nor either bathroom. Other than that, everything was great!

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, love the location and if something came up, we would get a quick response from the people at Coldwell Banker. My only concern was a moldy shower curtain, but that was taken care of quickly. We love Lewes, the restaurants are great and so is the beach.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023Perfect location, plenty of room, reasonable price. Only downsides were that the cleaning crew did not seem to have done a very good job (we let our 10 month old out after arriving after the long trip and within a couple of minutes her legs and hands were covered in dust and dirt from the floor) and the the bathrooms and appliances were very outdated.
