Summary:

Bring the whole group to this 10-bedroom Windsor Island home, with beds for up to 24 guests. Kids can explore the dinosaur bunk room with its slide, while everyone can enjoy the private screened pool, attached spa, garage game room, and space-themed loft with a pool table and movie lounge. Five king bedrooms give adults room to spread out. Registered guests also have access to Windsor Island's shared resort amenities, including a lazy river, water slides, splash pad, and minigolf.



The Space:

The home has 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms:



* Five bedrooms with king beds, including the under-the-sea Nemo room with a round king bed (a crib is also set up here) and a castle-themed room

* One Jurassic Park dinosaur bunk room with two full beds and a slide

* One bedroom with two full beds

* Three themed bedrooms with two twin beds each: Mickey, Harry Potter, and a cloud room with a swing



Gather in the open living and dining area, prepare meals in the kitchen, or spend time in the garage Star Wars game room with video games, an air hockey table and foosball. Upstairs, the space-themed loft has a second pool table and a movie lounge with reclining seating. The home also has Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.



Outside, you'll have a private screened pool and attached spa. The spa is connected to the pool; it is not a separate hot tub and does not have hydromassage jets. Pool and spa heating is available for an extra fee (see rates below) and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire home, including all 10 bedrooms, the private pool area, garage game room, loft, kitchen, and laundry. Registered guests may also use the shared Windsor Island Resort amenities.



The resort requires us to register every guest before arrival. Please provide each guest's first and last name by 5 p.m. Eastern at least 24 hours before check-in. Unregistered guests may be denied entry at the gate.



The Neighborhood:

Windsor Island Resort is the perfect vacation destination for families who want to relax and explore Orlando's world-class theme parks. One of the newest vacation resorts in the area, it's a gated community with some of the best amenities around: a stunning clubhouse with an arcade and fitness center, a nearby playground and mini golf, and a zero-entry resort-style pool with a lazy river, dual water slides, a children's splash pad and a poolside bar. Once you've stayed here, you'll want to come back year after year!



Just outside the gates you'll find supermarkets, pharmacies and plenty of restaurants along US-27 and US-192, with Walt Disney World a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the house (up to 4 registered vehicles). Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 40 minutes by car; US-192 and I-4 whisk you to Walt Disney World in about 20 minutes and to Universal Studios and SeaWorld in about 35. Shopping malls, outlets and a huge selection of restaurants are all close by. Prefer not to drive Uber and Lyft are readily available – just remember rideshare drop-offs must be registered with the resort gate.



Other Things to Note:

The person booking must be at least 21 years old and may be asked to provide matching identification.



A maximum of four vehicles may be registered for the home. Two may park in the main driveway and one in the extended driveway; the fourth must use a legal parking space. Do not block sidewalks or park along painted blue curbs. Please confirm your parking plans with us in advance if bringing four vehicles.



Pool and attached-spa heating: 3-night minimum. $55 per night for 3-night stays, $45 per night for stays of 4 nights or more, and $40 per night for stays over 15 nights. Please request it at least 48 hours before arrival; the system may take 24–48 hours to warm the water. The pool and spa share the same heating system and water temperature. The pool is heated to a maximum of 86°F. In very cold weather the water may feel cooler; weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.



Grill rental is available upon advance request, propane included. Up to 1 week: $91 (2-burner), $103 (3-burner), $114 (4-burner). 2 weeks: $126, $137, $149.



No parties, pets, or smoking. A doorbell camera monitors the front entrance. The resort charges $10 for deliveries, and USPS does not deliver to the home.



A starter supply of household essentials is provided. Guests should plan to purchase any additional supplies needed for their stay. A crib is set up in the under-the-sea bedroom, and a Pack 'n Play and high chair are available on request.
