Our 3000SF two-story home is built for big families, friend groups, and traveling professionals who want real space to spread out - not a cramped rental.

We are in a quiet Southwest Las Vegas neighborhood, 5 mins drive to Walmart, Smith's, Sprouts and lots of tea/coffee/boba stores and restaurants.

Short Drive:
12 mins - Town Square / Blue Diamond
15 mins - The Strip / Airport / Allegiant Stadium
20 mins - Red Rock Canyon / Chinatown

A TV in Every Single Room: All five bedrooms and both living areas have their own TV. Nobody has to negotiate over the remote.

You are welcome to use the entire home. The whole house and the private walled backyard patio are yours - nothing inside is shared with anyone.

4 parking spaces total - 2 in the garage plus 2 on the driveway. Both are yours to use.

CHECK-IN

Self check-in with a smart lock, so you can arrive on your own schedule. We will message you the door code before your stay.

Please note this is a residential neighborhood - quiet hours are after 8 PM. No parties or events.
