The place was very clean, extremely well equipped. Fantastic location. I don't know the next time we'll be in this area, but coming back to this property will be at the top of our list when we do. We came in a rental car, so it was very nice having the garage to protect it. We appreciated all linens included because we couldn't travel with them. The property is walkable to many great restaurants, shops, and of course the beach. Loved seeing sea otters and ground squirrels and other wildlife. I appreciated the balance of modern amenities and actual charm in this house. Some rental properties lack character but not the case here. The entire neighborhood was delightful. The host was very accommodating and had great communication. Thank you for contributing to making our first family trip to the west coast a success!

This place was great. You could really just step in, grab some groceries, and be right at home. Can't beat the location. Absolutely perfect.

Great location and nice place to stay. Only caution is the showers dont have scold protection.

Perfect weekend getaway. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. This house is literally next to the beach. The host was very friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and stylish decor. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

We loved the location!! Walked every morning Along the path, enjoyed the downtown area, and walked everywhere!!The home was super clean and the floor plan was ideal for our family. Spilt bedroom arrangement and two living rooms have is options for having blended ages all staying together!!Also having a garage was an added bonus for us!!We would be extremely happy to stay here again!!

The location of this property is excellent as it has a short walk to the trail that runs along the beautiful shoreline. there is a musty smell on the ground floor and the garage is only big enough for two cars if they are both compacts, and the drive is too short to park a medium size vehicle.

Spacious and comfortable home at a great location! Easy to get to restaurants and activities from Monterey to Carmel. Having garage access was great for parking. Owner communicates timely with us. He graciously worked to accommodate our last minute request. We enjoyed the cool ocean breezes, but wished there were screens on the windows. There was no DVD player as advertised; thankfully, we were able to hook up our portable player to their TV. We would rent from this home again.

This was the perfect house and location for us. Beach and ocean at the end of the block and Restaurants 2 blocks and walkable. House had 3 spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen and a good size living area. Garage fit 2 midsize SUV’s; tight but doable. Small outside area in front, but no backyard. 10 minutes to Aquarium and Cannery Row

The property is a little bit dated, but clean and comfortable, with large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The location is fabulous, close to good restaurants, walks along the shore, biking or long walking to lots of Monterey. We had the good fortune to spend an hour or so watching whales jumping in the distance from the point one evening - that was one magical moment in a lovely week. Family did two days at the aquarium, one day at the beach, and one day of whale watching, plus we did some hiking further down the coast. On our departure, property managers were very helpful in reporting a forgotten portable extra laptop screen in a timely fashion, and helped us get it back while the cleaning crew was still there.
