This is our second time staying at the property, and we’ll be back again. The home is in excellent shape, the location is perfect, and Ron is wonderful to deal with.

Overall our stay was excellent and the owners were responsive. We had only minor issues with cooking and the dishwasher and a HEATED pool would have been more enjoyable but we recognize that during Christmas its cooler in California. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The house is simply beautiful. We’re into modern design and Ron & Eve’s house is absolutely the ticket! Gorgeous views on the golf course, mostly quiet (a group visited next door and enjoyed loud games) and a great location. Pool was wonderful! Suggest having pool guy come twice a week, as ficus at end of pool sheds a million leaves!!! Note: I’m a very picky person & cleanliness & tidiness is essential for me… To. & Eve are super friendly & responsive. I do recommend this property.

This home is really lovely, and I don’t think the pictures do it justice. It’s spacious and well appointed. My mother, husband, and two young children and I really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, conveniently located, and the hosts are so welcoming and accommodating. We swam every day in pool, cooked food, took walks through the neighborhood and the golf course, saw road runners, bunnies, ducklings, geese and turtles. The home is filled with beautiful artwork while also still being designed in a thoughtful and convenient way for everything you might need, minimal spaces and nice finishes. We definitely recommend this wonderful home.

This larger 3 BR recently built cul de sac home is idealy located on Tahquitz golf course, nicely furnished, well stocked, and also sports a great mountain view. It's only a 5 minute drive from the airport (so you will see and hear 737s day and night). The hosts, Ron and Eve, live on site but are super nice people and promote privacy.

We had a marvelous time at Ron's beautifully appointed home. The house is spacious with lots of light and an open floor plan in the common areas. The view from the property is stunning, especially to the east and the golf course where we loved taking long walks in the mornings and evenings. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of great houses to look at. At the same time, shops and restaurants are only a couple of minutes' drive away, and you can reach the Indian Canyons hiking area in just about 12 minutes. Ron was great at communicating, and both the check-in and checkout went smoothly. We highly recommend Ron's house for an upscale stay in beautiful Palm Springs!

Top-notch Palm Springs home, with spectacular east views for a beautiful sunrise. Very nicely appointed, a well stocked kitchen, roomy and airy with comfortable beds, and some splendid artwork and sculptures for accoutrements. You cannot go wrong with this wonderful vacation rental!

Lovely place to stay in central PSP with all the comforts of home

Often times when I rent a home, we don't plan on spending much time at the home. This was a bit different, as my parents came down to enjoy a few days with us for the Holidays. Sunrises and Sunsets are spectacular and even though the home is on a golf course, it is one of the quietest places we have ever stayed. We enjoyed the fire pit several nights and the glow of all the uplights in the palms and cactus' made everything glow. The house is very comfortable with a huge kitchen island and great for entertaining. We had 5 of us in the house, my kids ages 13 and 15 took the library room, and my parents and I took the guest suites on the other side of the home. My brother and his family had also rented a condo a few minutes away and we made our rental home base for happy hours, dinners and game night. Plenty of room and lots of natural light and privacy. Ron's home was perfect and if we make another trip to Palm Springs, we will be sure to rent it again. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an upscale rental.
