Stayed Aug 28, 2025Lovely refurbished farm house, wonderful pool - unfortunately the outdoor grill and pergola were off limits due to a fire which occurred prior to our stay - I’m sure they will fix this. Minor details where there could be improvement but overall this was a wonderful, relaxing place to stay with extended family

Stayed May 24, 2025The property is fine. It was professionally cleaned. Instructions were clear. The listing states that the primary bed shower handle doesn’t work right and that there is no ice. After spending time there, I cannot understand why the property managers would waste time printing out a little card explaining how to work the broken shower handle rather than pay to have it replaced. Likewise for the ice maker, which does exist and has a water line running to the fridge already (note - the “filter replacement due” light flashing red). Overall fine but not comparable to other properties I’ve stayed at with professional management.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024We loved our stay at the farmhouse. The home was impeccably clean and well decorated. We had two families staying together. Two parents and a 13 year old girl, and two parents and a 5 + 3 year old. We sat around the propane fire pit, played on the playground, grilled out in the outdoor kitchen, played games at the dining room table and explored the property including the beautiful tree on the property with lots of birdhouses. The reviews were correct that the home is on a main road, there are sheer window covers, and the water pressure is terrible. That said, it didn’t adversely affect the memories we made this weekend. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Stayed Sep 5, 2024My young family and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, we had access to all amenities listed, and the location felt very safe. If we find ourselves back in the area, we would love to stay again. 5/5 recommend.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024At first glance, this is a charming farmhouse. Nicely renovated, and all the rooms were cozy and inviting. However, the house is located on an extremely busy street. While it is fenced and gated, the noise from the traffic was very loud all night. The bedrooms only had very light shear curtains on the windows. The sun would come blazing in very early in the morning, making it hard to sleep in. The plumbing was also an issue. The house would run out of water after one person took a shower or when using the kitchen to cook. There would be periods of time where we couldn’t even flush the toilets until it replenished. The hosts said it was because of well water, but we have well water at our home and never have this issue. The biggest concern was the pool. The chemicals were very mismanaged and our young children had chemical burns all over their bodies. The pool manager who came out to fix it admitted he “dumped a lot of chemicals” in the pool the day before we checked in and “thought it would be fine.” The hosts were very nice and responsive and made sure the pool manager came out immediately to fix it. They were very communicative and prompt. However, the damage was done. And the pool was the entire reason we chose this property. We were not offered any type of compensation for what we had to go through. The home is nice but the issues far outweigh the good. I increased my rating because the hosts were nice and responsive, but overall I would not recommend.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024My family opted to stay at a VRBO house while we were in the area for a concert and were we ever glad we selected the Farm House! It is a lovely large outdoor space with plenty of amenities that made it a fun additional aspect to our trip. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Definitely a place to stay if we are in the area again!

Stayed Jul 17, 2024This charming old farmhouse with its beautiful interior, manicured yards, secure pool, and enjoyable outdoor social areas (fire pit and barbecue/bar) ptovided our family with a pleasant home away from hom. There was one fairly important disappointment...plumbing. the only bathroom capable of having enough pressure to shower was the first floor bath so coordinating shower times was necessary. It also meant dishwasher, laundry, outdoor hose use resulted in no water on 2nd floor. Once this problem is solved. This will be a 5 star rental.

Stayed Jun 6, 2024Returned for HS class reunion, reunited with several friends at this Vrbo for 3 wonderful nights. Place is immaculate, comfortable and relaxed. Outdoor patio with large grill a real bonus. Would give this place more than 5 stars if that was an option.
