Stayed Aug 24, 2024Close to Mayo Clinic. Quiet neighbours, not much traffic noise at all. Clean, good variety of cooking tools. Fast internet. Youngest kid loved the bunk bed.

Stayed May 23, 2023I needed a place to stay while my house was being worked on! I work from home! The view and location made me feel like I was on vacation ? David, the host was wonderful! Great communication and friendly! Was a perfect for my situation!

Stayed May 15, 2023Overall, the stay was very comfortable and close to my family. The driveway was somewhat of a challenge due to its severe slope. The apartment itself, was excellent for my purposes, and the cooling system more than adequate for the Arizona temperatures. I would suggest that the tool drawer in the kitchen have scissor, and potato peeler added to inventory. I would return to this location again. The property manager kept in touch via text messaging, indicating interest in his guests.

Stayed Mar 11, 2023Host was very helpful. Property was very clean. Nice location (up high for nice views from the front porch with privacy in the back). Easy walk to Fountain Park, the gym, the bike shop (to rent or buy), and the restaurants/boutiques on the fountain. Enjoyed the stay and appreciate the host accommodating us.

Stayed Mar 19, 2023Very comfortable property. Lovely shared back yard, great view, and so comfortable beds. Communication with the host was easy and responses were quick and accurate. If it were not for the stairs to enter and my aging knee, I would definitely stay here again.
