This house was perfect for a group. We had 3 couples and if worked great for us. It was clean and convenient to everything.

The house was exceptional. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star stay is the WiFi was terrible. I know the goal is to get away for the weekend and disconnect, however all of us were trying to wrap up the work week once we checked in on Friday so we could unplug and not carry our work phones, but the WiFi not being consistent really put a damper on that. Also, really looking forward to watching some college baseball on the patio in the evening, but all it did was buffer. Outside of the WiFi, the house was beautiful and really well maintained. Would stay there again!

Beautiful, clean, well supplied of some essential and great location. My family and I were and felt very comfortable during our stay. We all agreed to visit again.

3Ten is in a very quiet location just a few blocks off the busy main street. The home floor plan is great for girls trip or couples with each room having a king size bed. TWo of the bedrooms have private baths and the other two bedrooms share a bath. The kitchen is large and can accommodate everyone in the house around the large island. The outdoor patio was a great place for us to sit after walking the streets all day. So all in all I would highly recommend this home. There was a bit of an issue trying to work the thermostat but we figured it out for the most part with the help of the maintenance man. And the Wifi would go in and out. The response time when we called for help was immediate and the maintenance man even left and brought us back some kleenex since all the rooms were low.

This is a beautiful, clean large home. It is a quiet area but close to Main St. the finishes are wonderful. We could not enjoy the backyard to warm and burn ban but we would love to return when it is cooler. It appears they have thought of every need you may have. We are already planning our next trip.

We really love Fredericksburg and we love this house. We have stayed at this house 3 times! The 4 bedrooms and the location are perfect for us.

Absolutely an amazing experience! The house is adorable and perfectly set up to accommodate the 6 girls in my party ! They thought of everything! I would definitely come back ! You will not find a better VRBO ams so close to Main Street !

Great place!!

Among the very best homes we’ve rented, for many reasons. What you see in the pictures in what you get, and better. The 4 bedrooms are comfortable in size as are the bathrooms. The kitchen area was well-appointed and made for ideal space to prepare meals and enjoy them onsite. The outdoor space was such a blessing. We spent a lot of time there and, with a 6-yr old, it was easy for her to work off energy while we could keep an eye out. Especially loved storm watching one evening with the gas fireplace going. The communications were thorough and prompt. Plenty of supplies and a laundry room was a plus. Easy walking access to Main St. and able to get to wineries and breweries in the area.

Great location

This is a nice property and is conveniently located. Just a few blocks from main street. The home was very clean and well thought out. The outside patio was a great addition as was the shuffleboard table inside!

We just stayed here with two other couples and the house was perfect! Open and spacious but the bedrooms were private and welcoming. The best beds I've ever had in a rental! Huge covered patio with fireplace. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful, immaculately clean, perfectly located home away from home! 3 Ten was everything it said it was and more! Beds are comfy, layout is perfect for a group, and all the amenities, even blow dryers and coffee were included! Everything worked as it should and there were no surprises. I'd stay here before looking any further on future trips. 3 Ten made our Fredricksburg trip the best yet!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 4 bed/3 bath home. The backyard patio was a perfect gathering spot for the four couples. We loved the proximity to Main Street for shopping and Oktoberfest. The kitchen was well equipped and the owner was very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend this property.

This home had everything you could possibly need or want. It was beautifully decorated and had high end touches. The layout was really nice and gave everyone their own private space. And it was in a quiet but terribly convenient neighborhood. We’ll be back!

This house was the perfect place for our girls weekend. Location was great! We walked to Main Street and the grocery is a 3 min drive. The beds were very comfortable and the lay out of the house was perfect for a group of 7. I would highly recommend this house and will definitely be back!

We loved staying at 3 Ten. The accommodations were spacious and welcoming. Absolutely accurate online description and photos. Close enough to walk to downtown if you so choose and a very quiet neighborhood. We will plan to stay there again!

The house was the perfect place for friends to gather. The layout and the attention to detail made for a very comfortable stay. The proximity to Main Street Fredericksburg made eating out and shopping so convenient. When needed the staff was totally responsive and took care of our needs. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if I return to the area.

Beautiful home only thing mentioned was both showers on south side of house had mildew

We had a great stay for our girls weekend, the only issue was the smell. It was very mildew/moldy smelling inside the house. No matter how much we aired it out, it always returned, this was tough for my allergy ridden guest mate, as the smell also was in the bedding. Other than that, it was a great little place for us for two days.

This house was perfect for us for a group couples trip. Right in town close to everything. House is beautiful and the attention to detail is SO good. We loved playing shuffleboard while hanging out in the open kitchen/living space. Would absolutely stay here again.
