3-story townhouse close to beach & shops w/screened porch, on-site pool & gym

This house was very clean and welcoming. The decor was updated and calming. Large bedrooms all with nice private baths. Comfortable living room and nice screened in deck. All nicely equipped even down to some toiletries, blow dryers, blankets. Great kitchen. Really enjoyed our brief stay. Thank you.

The trip to Rehoboth was a birthday getaway weekend. We chose this property because it’s close to the beach and because we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The townhouse looks exactly like the pictures! It’s spacious and clean as well as comfortable. We really liked that it’s so close to the Tanger Outlet Mall too!

Another great stay. This is our fourth stay at this home. It always has everything we need for our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped., there is good WiFi, plenty of seating and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I love that it is not overly packed with furniture and accessories; so like and airy and just enough for what you need. There is a good selection of board games. Communication via Vacasa is always quick and easy.

My group of 2 adults and 4 teenagers just stayed at this townhouse for a week. From the first steps in the door we knew this was the place for us. Everyone had their own space to relax in and their own bathrooms for each bedroom! We loved being so close to the bike trail. We rode to the beach/boardwalk almost everyday/night and even biked to Lewes one of the days. The garage was a huge bonus so we could store our bikes and beach items each night after returning. There are lots restaurants and outlets within walking distance and Jungle Jim's is just across the street. When we did stay in, we enjoyed the community pool, the fantastic screened porch and the large table for card games, dominoes or Rummikub. We really had a great time and hope to stay here again for our 2026 summer vacation! Thank you for providing such a great space.

The property was beautiful! It was clean upon arrival. It had a fully stocked kitchen and sheets/towels provided. We used the pool a few times and it was right around the corner from the unit. The A/C was not working but someone came the very next day and fixed it. The location was about a 5 minute drive to the boardwalk. We would definitely stay again!

This is our third time (three consecutive summers) at this property and we felt right at home, as usual. Plenty of space for all of us (adults and teens). We used the gym and the pool this time around. (Key fob hanging on pantry closet door). The home is clean and tidy. The furniture is sturdy and well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances needed to make meals. There are board games. We appreciate the beach chairs, bags, and games that can be found in the garage and foyer closet. These came in handy. We will return.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party & everything was perfect. Great location!

We loved the rooms sizes, the comfy furniture, extra blankets for everyone to snuggle up during movie time. More than enough bathrooms was a plus and so close to the beach, restaurants and shopping
