The house was beautifully renovated. It was super clean and located near everything. The owner provides so many necessities that most rentals do not. We felt right at home. The only reason for 4 stars at the location is because the listing didn’t mention the train basically in the back yard that passed all through the night. But overall we would absolutely recommend and return!
Such a nice home with everything needed to make perfect stay.
The house was great, We really enjoyed our stay. We had no problems with the house at all and would stay here again.
The house was very nice. very clean , all amenities inc water bottles in the refrigerator. Plenty of room for 2 grand kids to move about without noise to neighbors being a factor. Furnished basement, the whole house appeared to be recently remodeled.
We Stayed at the property for 5 nights. It was very clean and had more than enough room for 4 people. The proximity to down town Cincinnati was ideal, we had a great time and would gladly stay here again. Brad was very quick to respond (10 minutes) when we had an issue with the door lock. 2 thumbs up!!
I was so excited upon walking into this grand palace of a vacation rental. It’s like they have thought of every single magical touch. Every amenity, even fresh coffee creamers and a snack basket! The style of the decor and furnishings was beautiful! Everything was new! There were TWO giant living rooms with giant TVs in both. My family really felt like I splurged as this is one of the nicest rentals we have every booked. I was surprised that the price was so affordable for what we received. The bedding and mattresses were luxurious. I felt like a princess. We loved having morning coffee on the deck overlooking the river. Very quiet neighborhood and neighbors- only complaint (and not property owner’s fault) is that there is a train that runs behind the that rattles the house so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. It’ll be worth it though! I absolutely loved the place and will book again if we return to Cincinnati. Thank you!
We LOVED this property. I was born and raised in the Cincinnati area, and although not really knowing alot about Dayton, KY, I'm so happy we found this listing and booked the house. It was FABULOUS for my family of five. The house is well appointed, nicely decorated and stocked with Bounty paper towels AND premium Charmin toilet paper. Might not matter to some, but to me it's an extra measure of care for guests staying there :) As some have mentioned, yes the train tracks are directly behind the house, however, you're not living there. It's a GREAT place for a temporary stay. We highly recommend!
Loved being so close to the city but in the cutest area!!! Felt very safe
Ou family stayed here while attending a homeschool conference. Although it was a 40 min drive to The Ark, we enjoyed staying near the Ohio river and Cincinnati. Coffee machine is a Kurig. The home looks brand new. We had everything we needed. The kids loved it. We enjoyed the architecture in the town of Dayton, Ky. We giggled every time the house shook when the train passed. Ate at The Montgomery Inn Boathouse nearby. Obviously a city icon. 5 Stars!!!
This was our first ever house rental experience and it was great all around. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if coming back to the area. The house is in great shape. The location is good and easy to get to. Everything is well stocked. The two smaller bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable but a little tight. The larger one is spacious and airy. The owner is nice and attentive. We only saw a couple neighbors in our week there with no issues at all. The only things to consider are that the rear alley and parking situation is a little awkward. There are at least 6 stair steps down and up to get into the house. And a train passes practically through the back yard a few times a day (this was OK for us because it wasn't late at night, and the kids thought it was cool).
Very updated and nice place to stay. Very roomy with comfy beds and couches. The hosts were quick to respond. The neighborhood is rundown, but in a great location with a lot of nice restaurants nearby in Bellevue. The alleyway and parking pad out back were pretty muddy, but the hosts had shoe mats inside the house. Overall, great place to stay based on price and location.
I was kind of nervous of booking because of no reviews but i need to book something because we were headed to ohio for a funeral and it was only 18 mins from were we had to go to be with family. But the house was nothing but amazing everything was labeled, the beds were very comfortable, they had everything in the kitchen needing to cook with and also had complimentary snacks. I spoke with Bradley and he respond fast and answered all my question i would book again when we visit family.
