A few house rules to keep the good vibes going: No parties or events of any kind. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Maximum occupancy of 8 guests is strictly enforced. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

    Lovely contemporary home steps from the sand. All the bedrooms are upstairs so if that is an issue then I would ask as there was no access to the elevator.

    We had a fantastic family vacation in this Long Beach property. Access to the private beach is outstanding and watching the fireworks from the beach was idyllic! We loved the ease of grabbing groceries close by and traveling north and south from this central location was just what we had hoped. Property was spotless and so well appointed. The property is definitely geared towards teenagers and young adults.

    We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house that is steps from a popular beach in Southern California. The house was amazing, basically brand new and fully stocked. We were minutes from restaurants, nightlife, etc. while we were in town for a wedding. We would definitely stay here again when traveling to the L.A. area.

    This house was amazing and the location couldn't be beat. The house is absolutely beautiful, lives really big, and is a barely a walk to both the ocean and the bay. We had everything we needed for our stay and although the house didn't have paddle boards or kayaks, you can rent them just down the street within about a 5 minute walk. This place was perfect!
