✨ This home is registered with the City of Long Beach — Registration Number NRP24-01561. We are committed to being great neighbors and ask that all guests help us maintain a respectful presence in the community.



A few house rules to keep the good vibes going: No parties or events of any kind. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Maximum occupancy of 8 guests is strictly enforced. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

The home is equipped with five exterior security cameras monitoring the perimeter of the property (alley, front street, second floor street-facing, and both sides). These are exterior only and are there for everyone's safety and peace of mind.
