3-story lakefront home near downtown with lake & dock access, washer/dryer, deck

Great location and nice set up for our group to enjoy a winter weekend in the north woods! We would definitely recommend this place.

Convenient location (walkable to downtown Minocqua), spacious bedrooms, well furnished/appointed, clean, comfortable.

Excellent location (close to Boathouse/Bosackis/Redman Realty's main location) - you are right next to downtown but because it is a one-way road, you don't get a lot of vehicle traffic, very quiet. Beautiful view of Lake Minocqua from front rooms and front patio - access to dock for easy pontoon/boat pick-ups. Very nice finished basement, plush carpet and excellent additional bathroom and shower with nice glass door. Love having full laundry side by side (not stackable set) and space to fold/organize. Beds are comfortable with new bedding. Very cool house, love the catalog history. Has updated HVAC/AC but kept the original vents from 1920s, just a nice touch. Already booked our week stay for next year - thank you!

The Catalog Cottage was the perfect fit for our mini get away! The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is right on lake Minocqua with view of the water and you can watch the Minocqua Ski Club show from the boat dock that is located in front of the home. Walking distance to many restaurants and downtown shops. We highly recommend this wonderful home and will be back for another mini get away!

This house has such a warm and welcoming character! It is clean and well cared for. The location is perfect-- everyone could just walk the less than a block distance to shop, eat out, have coffee at the coffee shops, or find ice cream. We aren't boaters but enjoyed the action on the lake, and on our last evening were treated to a fantastic fireworks display on the lake, we watched it from the front porch of the cottage. The beds are comfy, the number of bathrooms made it easy for all of us to be ready at the same time to go wherever we planned. Thank you!

This cottage was beautiful, comfortable, and the location ideal. From the porch we could watch the water ski show and on our last night a fantastic fireworks. Shops are all a short walk away, as is ice cream. Beds are all comfy. We had a great time!

For this area its the perfect location. This used to be my home town so it is right where I needed to be with my family. Close to everything. Dock was perfect for a rental at Ryden's at the Boat House. The only issues we had was the entry code but the near by Prop Mgr was able to help asap. If you do stay make sure you look at the layout. The master is upstairs with the master bath downstairs. The kitchen is a little small if you have a large family like mine. Also you do not have access to the garage. Two frig's are perfect, and beds are comfortable. Large dinning area for food and family games. Parking is ample. and the front deck is nice over look to Lake Minocqua. I would recomend this unit to anyone as a up north stay with all the features.

Great location!

We stayed here for the weekend while our son had a nearby baseball tournament, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The property was very clean and updated, with modern fixtures and appliances. The finished basement was a nice bonus to cool off after long days in the sun.The house is a classic Sears & Roebuck “Maplewood” design, so the kitchen is on the smaller side, but that didn’t matter since we went out to eat most of the time. The dock was a highlight—deep enough to fit our 25’ wake boat comfortably. One of the best parts was being able to watch the summer ski jump show right from the yard or dock—definitely worth checking the schedule before your stay!Backing into the driveway with a trailer was a little tricky, but there’s convenient public parking just a block away. For an older home with tasteful upgrades, this was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway.

The home location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Our 2 girls slept in the king bed and after 2 nights, had severe flea bites all over their skin. I sent pictures and communicated to the management and initially looked like they were going to rectify the issue. After our stay they just stopped communicating with me and after telling me they would make it right with a refund, they didn't follow through with any refund of any kind. I'm not sure if a previous tenant had a pet in the bed and vacasa didn't clean the sheets or what but it was gross and caused us not to use the bedroom for the entire stay. If you choose to stay here, I would just wash all of the bedding or bring your own bedding. Also, if you have any issues, don't expect an honest resolution from Vacasa based on my experience.

You cannot beat this location! Walking distance to everything Minocqua has to offer! This was our second time renting this home and we will be back again soon!

We loved this property and the location. It was very clean, cozy, good furniture, new kitchen gadgets, good supply of products.... Dock (with chairs) was wonderful. Loads of great views of the water.
