3 Story Downtown New Buffalo Retreat

This house was fantastic for my family and I! We loved it.

The house was very clean with modern appliances and great furnishings. We really enjoyed the indoor space and front and rear porches. Bedroom layouts were perfect for our family. Very close to town and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved walking to town. Very spacious. Each family had their own space and bath. Perfect. The little ones loved the train going by while sitting on the great screened in porch. Would stay again.

Great Property and Location

This property was very comfortable and allowed everyone easy access to downtown New Buffalo. The rental company was very quick to respond concerning the leak in the main level powder room. The locks on the upstairs bath should be looked at as their mechanism did not properly lock so privacy for those bedrooms was a bit of a challenge. The refrigerator should have been wiped out and the bag of to go food should have been thrown away. I understand there are a lot of properties, but we were please to see a Mr. Coffee and lots of trash bags provided. Since there were no clear directions on trash pick-up procedure and days of collection, it was not put out on the street on time. None of this created a huge problem, but updates in the guest book to address these questions would help everyone who stays here. It is a lovely home with a delightful open plan and nice amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay! It is a long 15 minute walk, up hill from the beach with all of your stuff for Older adults, but very convenient to New Buffalo happenings. Super comfy beds! Not much of a view, but very quiet neighborhood close to the harbor. Storage sheds block the view from the back of the house to the lake. Lots of comfy seating for our party of 6 adults!

The house is very nice, clean and much bigger than it seemed in the pictures. Front porch was great for breakfast. The sun is in the front of the house in the morning and the back yard in the afternoon. Good location, lots of supplies in the kitchen, close to everything, lots of windows and an all around nice place to stay. There was only three of us but we might come back with more family next year.

We came in for the Notre Dame game on 9/2/23 and absolutely loved this property. The management team is quick to respond and super nice. The house is a huge space that's great for families and friends that's close to South Bend and Chicago. Plus, easy walking distance to fun shopping, food, breweries, and the beach. We will definitely stay with them again.

We had a wonderful time. It was a clean house , with spacious rooms, plenty of comfortable beds, bathrooms and towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch and drinking our morning coffee. Thanks much!
