Stayed May 10, 2025The house is a very nice size. You can see a bit of the ocean from the terrace/deck. Just a two minute walk to the beach. We walked to Beaches restaurant that is by the pier. Very nice place.The furniture was comfortable. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023This townhome is in a great location with room for everyone. It was stocked with everything you need. Each room has its own deck or patio and the beds are like heaven. But best of all you are steps from the ocean. The beach in July was like having your very own beach. Not many other people so you have space to spread out and enjoy. One thing not mentioned is that you do not need to load your car with beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels or boogie boards. This house has it all there for you. Trust me…u need nothing for the beach…there is even sunscreen and suntan lotion. Book this house and you will have no regrets.

Stayed Oct 14, 2022This house was amazing and our group truly loved staying here! It was in a great location (right on the beach and a quick drive to Downtown St Augustine), the place had everything we needed (with a Publix literally right across the street!!), and was overall just the perfect spot for our group. Melody is an AMAZING host who thought of everything in this house. She was easy to get ahold of if we had any questions, very responsive and always cheerful. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend her and her property! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this beautiful little place!

Stayed Jun 17, 2022We loved this place! The location was perfect. You can walk to the beach or walk across the street to a Publix in case you need anything. The pizzeria across the street was also really good. This place has 4 toilets and 3 showers, which was really nice for a large group. The beds were really nice and everything felt really clean. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We loved this place. Would definitely like to stay here again!
