Everything was perfect! The house is so comfy and cute! We loved our stay

Host was great and house was perfect and clean!

The property was very clean, easy to find, and had good parking. The host Will was great to communicate and overall very friendly. Showers were hot and pressure was great, 4 people took a shower in succession and only the last one was cold (understandable). Idk if the tap water was city or well but it tasted fine. The patio is one the 3rd floor and is spacious, as well as a big fenced in backyard. The beds were SO comfortable. I gave it a 3 star for 2 reasons.. nothing to do with the property manager and everything to do with the person to built/ renovated the building. 1) the location. It's a 10-15 minute drive to downtown (which is fine) but multiple drivers told our group that it wasn't a safe neighborhood to walk around in at night. 2) the design layout. It's loud, quiet conversations carry between the 1st floor and the 3rd floor very easily so bring noise machines or plan accordingly. Also, the coffee maker so this isn't a problem now because we bought and left a 12cup carafe and filters at the property- their coffee maker is a kurig with no supplied kcups and no water filter. We didn't have any notable issues with the property being in an unsafe area besides 1 or 2 Ubers dropping our ride request and one night the entire first floor smelled like weed, we think from the neighbors or a passerby. The noise was an issue because of the shape of the building (it's essentially a sound-funnel with that staircase).

This location, for our first time visiting, is seemingly centrally located to many different locations in Nashville. The recommendations left to us by the property owner was unexpected in the best of ways. Will most definitely be visiting again, if not relocating!

The house is clean, well equipped, & as advertised. The kitchen had the essentials for our needs, though we didn't cook much. We noticed plenty of spices & cooking oil. The house appeared to have ample backup supplies for soaps, paper towels, TP, towels, bedding. There's a Kroger's grocery store & a Walgreens about a mile away that were very convenient. We used the back deck a lot. The location is a quick Uber ride from Broadway. We've stayed here twice; both visits were very smooth. The house is a great value, with 3 levels to spread out & multiple bathrooms. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our needs. Clean and roomy for three couples. A short uber ride to Broadway with resturants and coffee within walking distance. Host was responsive to messages and questions. Would stay here again.

Was a great place to stay, everything was nice. The owner was great at communicating everything with us. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the location to the city and the things we wanted to do. The price was right with the right amount of beds. The kitchen was greatest o use and having stuff in the pantry like pancake syrup was helpful. The only minus to this property was the high fees for the two night stay. It was twice as much as one night so it more than doubled the price.

We loved the place. Great location and plenty of room for everyone.

It was a great place for a trip with my friends. Fit all of us so comfortably and was able to have such a great time.

The house was good for what we needed. A complaint would be that the house was in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood. There was also a ladybug infestation on the ceiling on the 3rd floor. The house was really good to work with as far as communication.

Everything was nice great big place

It was clean. The shower mats were dirty but easily cleaned in the washer. The plates needed to be microwaveable. Other than those simple things it was very nice

Very pleased with the location of the property. The house itself was amazing! The first floor was very comfortable and we had all we needed for meals or hanging out. The beds were comfortable and the top floor room with the outside patio was grand! Loved it and the view of the skyline. A fire pit would have made it a perfect spot. Very pleased with our stay and appreciate the hospitality.

We were a group of 11 in Nashville for my daughter’s 21st Birthday, we had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Location is close to downtown and easy to get to. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay

The property is exactly as advertised. Very clean & organized with plenty of towels and supplies. Having 2 showers and 4 sinks with mirrors available for our party of 5 was great. We also enjoyed the deck. This was a great home base for excursions to Broadway and surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Great location for a weekend trip!

We had a group of 11 girls - there were plenty of options for sleeping and the three bathrooms made for an easy getting ready time. We loved being able to walk to Tio Fun and The Loading Dock. Quick Uber to Broadway.

Great location and great home. Everything was as advertised and the process went as easy as you would hope for. Would absolutely stay again.

This 3 bed townhome was super close to Everything we had planned including a Vanderbilt tour and Broadway. While the home is at the end of what I would call a “Main Street”; it was a safe location. The rooms were comfortable, although I wasn’t expecting that I would have to make the beds on arrival. The upstairs balcony was nice as we enjoyed sitting outside one afternoon. The home could use a few updates as there were scratches and holes on some walls and doors. The property manager was easily contacted when the WiFi wasn’t connected and issue was resolved quickly. Overall, my family had a nice stay.

It was perfect!!! We had 9 adults stay over night while attending an event in downtown Nashville. It was cozy, clean and comfy. I will be saving this one for future events.*****
