We had a wonderful time - eight of us (four adults, two kids, two infants) fit comfortably in the house, which was clean and had everything we needed (including a great back yard). It was super close to most of the state/town beaches, and only around 15-20 minutes from Newport. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and very well equipped. The backyard was fantastic for families. There’s a fire pit for s’mores, play area for children, multilevel seating for many people & a nice BBQ area. The inside was decorated very well and very comfortable. The air conditioners worked great the bedding was very comfortable all in all It’s a fantastic place to stay I would recommend it to anyone.

We had the best family vacation in Narragansett! The house and property are absolutely beautiful and perfect for young kids. There was plenty of safe space and fun toys for our kiddos—ages 1 and 7–to play with. Super close to the beach and comfortable accommodations. Would love to stay here again!

Very cute, clean home. Beds were very comfortable! Nice deck and yard. Plenty of hot water. Owner friendly and helpful. A few things misleading in the listing... listed to have sofa beds which turned out to be air mattresses. 3rd room and kitchenette are in the basement with a steep spiral staircase which was a safety concern for our 1.5 year old who can open doors. No microwave on main floor so had to run downstairs for use. Swing in the backyard is no longer there, was something we would of used with our kiddos. Overall great home just needs some updating on the listing.

We enjoyed our stay at this house a lot- it has everything we needed and was very comfortable, and close & convenient to URI, where our son lives. We didn’t mind the steep spiral staircase downstairs, but we have teenagers. If you had little kids or older adults you would want them to be in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Loved the back deck in the morning with my coffee!

Very clean and well stocked house with great kitchen utensils, cleaning items and beach accessories. Beds very comfortable with cozy bedding. Backyard huge with comfortable seating. Owners very accommodating when we had questions about property. We were surprised to find the 3rd bedroom and bathroom in the level below the main floor connected by a narrow and winding stairwell. Suggest you include a picture of stairwell for future guests so they can determine if layout suits them. We enjoyed our stay.

Great house nestled in a quick, conveniently located neighborhood. Just a short drive away from everything-beach, fishing, grocery store, Block Island ferry and all the other beautiful surrounding towns and BI ferry. Home was clean and bright. Deck and yard were great. Note: the in-law suite (3rd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, 2nd family room) is on the lower level accessible via a small spiral staircase or through the back of the house. This was perfect for my teens but may not be ideal for little kids or older adults.
