3 Minutes to Hiking, Kayaking & WaterFalls!

This place was the highlight of our trip! We spent one night in Nashville and then headed to Sparta. This Home was absolutely darling….peaceful country living at its best! The host was full of southern hospitality. Very kind and helpful. If you plan on coming to Tennessee and want to explore the nearby waterfalls, this is an excellent spot!

Super modern and clean house. Very pretty location with convenient access to several state parks.

We loved the beautiful yard for our dog and space for her to run and you can’t see the neighboring homes. Great views. The home’s very clean and has nice kuerig pods, and some extras for guest to use for cooking. No cell service,our phones said SOS but WiFi works ok. It is out in the country though so to go to restaurants - it was about a 20 min drive. There was a cow and a donkey that came for visits at the property fence. There was a a bit of a musty smell to the home and the staircase going downstairs is very dangerous, since it has a hole a small dog could fall through to the basement from the top floor. Streaming apps was fine for tv. The furniture in the deck was unusable because it was very moldy and wet. The deck though is very nice. They do require guest to strip beds and start laundry and dishwasher but check outs not till 12! The rooster in the lot next door started making noise at 4 am and the neighborhood dogs were a bit barky on the night but it wouldn’t stop me from wanting to rent it again. It’s a great value for what’s offered.

What an adorable house!! My two friends and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all we needed. Jongee was easy to work with and very communicative. It's located in the country and close to Sparta's cute town square. We loved hanging out on the deck and seeing the neighbors' goats, horses and donkeys. Very relaxing!

This was a perfect place to stay for our hiking and waterfall sightings. The town of Sparta was a short drive away and we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner there. The house has absolutely everything we needed and the view was beautiful! We would definitely recommend this stat to anyone visiting near Sparta.

Perfect spot and perfect house for our family to stay in!

Jongee was very helpful during our stay and we chatted several times. We even got to visit her store in Sparta and meet her! Great location for hiking.

Very clean and comfortable house in a beautiful rural area. Lovely views from the front porch and huge side deck. Pet-friendly with spacious outdoor area. Short drive to parks and other outdoor activities.

Our host was very friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The home was tastefully updated and clean.

The property is one of the cleanest, well maintained, and well equipped properties I’ve seen. This is definitely a 10. Owners are fantastic. The location is excellent for visiting state parks and trails in the area . Highly recommend this place

Perfect house for a family. It was super clean and the finishes are absolutely stunning. Communication with the owners is easy. All the popular waterfalls and hiking trails are close with easy access. Will definitely be coming back again.

This is a beautiful home located in a serene location. It has all the amenities for a relaxing stay. We had a snafu with check in, but the host addressed it quickly.

The house was great. Located close to Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island State Parks. And so many other cool places to see. Great views. Cozy house. Kids absolutely loved it. Minor issue at check-in but host was quick to respond with help. Book it!

Great location for hiking! The home is just delightful with all new appliances. Very clean and communication with the owner was great. We stayed here for our Mammoth Hike. So enjoyed it and look forward to staying here again to enjoy more hikes.

Peaceful and relaxing..... Beautiful area

We spent a great week at this beautiful home hiking with our teens and dog. Close to Sparta and state parks and very close to Lost Creek nature area. We hope to return. Thanks to Jongee and John for hosting and providing everything we needed to enjoy our trip!

I wanted a nice peaceful stay where I could venture out and see waterfalls. This was a great place and we enjoyed the house. It was nicely renovated and had very nice decor. We cooked a few small meals here and the kitchen was adequate. We were able to see the local waterfalls and drive to a few state parks from here. The owner was helpful in answering my questions and giving us suggestions. We enjoyed.a few shops & breakfast in downtown Sparta. I would stay here again.

Nice and relaxing definitely would recomend

This rental provided us a nice and quiet jumping off point for good exploration of the beautiful surrounding area. We enjoyed the home which was well apportioned and supplied with everything we needed and then some. All necessary communication with the home owner was well taken care of through the VRBO platform. We have no complaints and would certainly consider a stay here again.

Great house in a peacefull area, the owners are wonderful, close by to hiking trails. My family enjoyed our stay.

My son got married in Sparta and I needed a house close by for him and his groomsman to stay the night before. The house was great, enough space for them all to sleep and they really enjoyed the downstairs game room, the foosball table was a big hit, even though a few men were missing the hourglass was hilarious. This was a great house and we would definitely stay there again.

The drive to this home thru the rolling acres of farmland was incredible. If you turn right out of the driveway, there is an area that reminded us of Cades Cove in the Smokies. This was an ideal location and beautiful home to help us slow down and rest. The beds were comfy, and kitchen was well stocked too.

We visited for a relaxing girl's weekend. The house exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed. There were enough blankets, cozy lounging and extras to make for a great stay. The decor was so charming. It was extremely clean. We selected the house because we wanted something secluded but close to Fall Creek Falls. This was perfect! It took us only a few minutes to get to hiking spots. Everything about this place was perfection, relaxing, accommodating and cozy. Can't wait to visit again!

I don't think I've ever stayed somewhere that was that clean! We loved it and felt right at home.
