Convenient location, spacious accommodations

We were in town for the ND - Texas A&M football weekend. The best part of the house is its location from campus; just a block down the road from the Linebacker. While the house is well-appointed, it needs a good cleaning inside and out as most of the furniture and rugs were stained. Also, the coffee maker didn't work which was a huge disappointment to everyone in the house. For the money we paid for a football weekend, I expect a much higher standard of cleanliness and service. It was the most money we ever paid for a ND weekend and been coming for over 35 years.

Great property to visit with family in South Bend

We had a large group in town for ND graduation and the housing options with accommodations for 10 people felt slim. We are so happy to have found such a cool, festive home in South Bend so close to campus that offered both fun and relaxing vibes for our group ages 4 to 75. The listing photos do make the rooms appear larger than they actually are, but for only a few nights we didn’t mind the close quarters. Allie was helpful and responsive. Thanks for a giving us a “home base” for the long weekend!

This place looks amazing and the vibes were so cozy and relaxing. Everything listed in the pictures was accurate. I definitely want to stay again in the warmer months because it did rain and snow a little so didn’t get a chance to enjoy the outdoors. Only thing I would say is that the water wasn’t very hot, but hey it wasn’t cold. The communication and property was lovely.

Great location if going to ND game

We can’t thank the hosts enough. The property was perfect for our group of 15 (8 adults and 7 kids between 3 and 16). It very conveniently located to the Notre Dame campus, maybe a 15 minute walk. The house is exactly as advertised. The adults enjoyed congregating around the kitchen and the kids loved the basement. The host was very responsive. We couldn’t recommend this house enough.

Worked out very well for our group of 13. Would have been tight if we had bumped up to the 16 (as advertised), though I think that would number have worked if 5 or 6 had been young kids. Pretty amazing how comfortable we were, even though the house itself is not outright huge. Owner has done a nice job maximizing beds and still leaving several sitting/social areas. Easy walking distance to tailgating and campus a very nice plus. Only two small bathrooms, which just meant we had to start the showers early to get out of the house on time. House isn't fancy but definitely fit the bill for our group. Cleaners forgot to replenish some supplies, but owner was responsive.

Great house and amazing location. Host was incredibly responsive and we'll be back.
