Nice clean home in a great location. Very close to UO and a quiet neighborhood. Rooms were nice sized. Fireplace in the family room was a nice touch. Wish we could have used the outdoor space more but Mother Nature did not cooperate. Check in and out was simple and owner was easy to work with. Would stay here again for sure.

Such a wonderful location up in the hills overlooking University or Oregon yet walking distance to the school and hiking trails. Gorgeous sunsets off the deck and cozy gas fireplace for our rainy evenings. And waking up to that view in the master bedroom! I am already planning to go back!

The house was exactly as advertised. We were there to get our daughter moved into her dorm at UO. All went smoothly. Great location close to UO and very quiet.

The location was great. However, the house was a bit hot during the night, and the air conditioner kept stopping every time we tried to cool it. Overall, it was a good stay. It was a bit pricy for the value, but I guess that changes based on the season.

Beautiful home in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood! We loved the decor aesthetic and all the amenities provided! The layout of the home gave us amazing views! Perfect for our adult family visiting from Hawaii to attend our son’s graduation at UO!

This home was perfect for our family reunion. We chose it specifically for the comfy living room, large dining table & number of bedrooms. We loved the view & being close to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Very good stay

I was looking for a rental to house myself, husband, and three teens while we moved our UO freshman into her dorm. I was looking for very clean, near campus, roomy, updated — and Hummingbird House fit the bill and then some! Just minutes from school, very comfy beds, nice linens, immaculate — a lovely view and sunsets, too! We brought our F-150 (under carport) and Tesla (by fence) with us, and easily fit both vehicles. Charming garden, with nice kitchen and bathrooms inside. Julia kept in contact with us over VRBO messaging. Would for sure stay here again!

Our family of 5 was visiting Eugene so our daughter could tour University of Oregon. We loved the house and location. Very clean and had everything we needed. It was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. We would stay here again.
