Stayed Dec 19, 2025Super hosts, quiet neighborhood close to lots of things to do. Loved the fenced yard and cozy fireplace. The dining room table had room for our family of 6 to eat and play games. Saving for future stays!

Stayed Dec 11, 2025Nice place in quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for our family and the Christmas presents. The kitchen could use more supplies ( there were only 3 forks) and a coat rack for the winter coats would also be nice. But the house was cozy, clean, in a great location and perfect for our family trip!

Stayed Sep 23, 2025The house looked as though it had been newly redecorated and was lovely. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the overall vibe of the house was “immaculate, comfy and restful.” We loved the patio with its wicker furniture and lovely outdoor lighting.The location of the house was perfect, with many excellent restaurants nearby, and stores of all kinds in case anything had been forgotten. There also were areas of interest for all age groups nearby or within easy driving distance. It should be noted that this property is on 3 levels. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs and the family/TV room, 1/2 bath, laundry and 1 bedroom are downstairs. The kitchen, dining room, game room and exit to the deck are on the main level. There are no bathrooms on the main level so that may need to be considered if there are very young, elderly or physically handicapped members in the group. However, those issues did not stop our group from having a wonderful stay.

The home was verh clean, decorated nicely, and good size bedrooms and the kitchen and dining area has plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably. The backyard was nicely set up for enjoying and relaxing. The location is great. So many restaurants walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025We were in town for a lacrosse tournament at Grand Park. It was an extremely easy and close location (less than 10 min to park) The house is not fancy but has lots of room. We had 4 adults and three kids. Everyone had their own bed and there was a lower level hangout area which was nice for the kids. Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. It's not fancy but perfect for a tournament weekend. The hosts were very responsive. And we enjoyed great dinners at The Italian House and the pizza joint just down the road. Will defiantly stay here again for lacrosse!

Stayed Jun 4, 2024The property was very nice and just as advertised. It was myself and my son and a friend and his son that stayed for a baseball tourney a short drive away. The only issue we had was day one we noticed some ants on the counter. We called and within a half hour we were delivered ant traps which took care of the issue quickly. It really turned out to be a non-issue. The outdoor patio was very nice and the garage had a ping pong table and several other games that we enjoyed. There was a propane grill on the patio the we used nearly every meal. I would recommend this property to anyone especially if you want to be close to Grant Park which is where our tournament was.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025Couldn’t find things that were listed. Batteries didn’t work in remote. Fire place didn’t work. Dead bug in bathroom. Messaged property managers and got fast responses that simply said sorry and we will check with our team. It was better then a hotel but for the price and fees I should have stayed in a hotel

Stayed Dec 26, 2024Inside the front door, there is a single step down that is hard to see because the colors are shades of brown and the step is not marked. The Step Down warning sign on the outside of the front door seems to refer to the unusual step down on the *outside* of the front door frame. *None* of us noticed the badly faded after you enter handwritten words on the sign until after one of us fell and badly twisted an ankle that required medical attention. There are two even harder to see single steps on the wooden deck that are completely unmatked and are also tripping hazards. There is no bathmat in the tub with the shower. And, while the door code deadbolt works perfectly, the latch on the ordinary doorknob does not engage and, thus, does not hold the door shut when the wind blows. The house was adequate for our stay, but the lack of adequate attention to safety is disheartening.

The game room in the garage was super fun and the outdoor area was nice to relax and talk. The location was perfect with easy access to amazing restaurants. We could have walked but we drove.Stay here and you will not be disappointed!!

Stayed Jul 21, 2024We absolutely enjoyed this beautiful home. Plenty of space inside and out to gather as a family or spend alone time. The ping pong games were a blast as well as roasting marshmallows for smores over the fire pit! Conveniently located between all the softball fields and close to grocery stores and restaurants too! They stayed in touch with us to ensure we had what we needed to feel at home. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
