3 miles to Disneyland, 13 miles to the beach, ideal for a big group or families!

We arrived at the house at 4pm. The cleaning crew was just finishing. The codes for entering the rental and Wifi acces were easy to use. The rental was perfect for our group of 17, including 4 kids under 12 and a 5 month old. We all enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Pans were not very clean. Would recommend Caalphalon rather than stainless steel. Kitchen sink needs better lighting. Overall rental was clean enough and there were oodles of towels. Clothes dryers took forever to dry things - would recommend cleaning vents. Disneyland was about 20 min. away and the beach an hour. Grocery stores,Costco and Target were close by. I would rent this property again. Katie was very easy to communicate with and answered my questions immediately.

Stay in BnBs 2-3 times a year. This is by far our best experience today. Katie was a great host and the location 4 miles from Disney, Knott's Berry Farm, Soak City, and Medieval times can't be beat. The kids lived in the pool every time they had a chance. House was large clean and had everything we needed. Thanks Katie

Enjoyed our stay at this big, single story house with an awesome pool! Backyard perfect for entertaining and everyone loved the pool slide hot tub. Host very super responsive and helpful, especially for our last minute booking with a large group. Tons of clean towels and two washer dryer combos which was great! Had some minor plumbing drainage issues that host took care of. Would stay here again.

The house fit our family of 18. We had adults and children from 11yrs. to 4 months. The kids loved the slide in the pool. The stove/oven was either not working properly or we just weren't able to figure it out. One of the bigger burners got really hot no matter what setting it was on. If you have a big group like we did, but with more adults than children this property might not work for you. I was going to put two of my sons in the same room. There was a queen size bed and a futon. The bed was fine, but the futon was at least a foot too short. There were however some pads or a cot that he ended up using on the floor. The neighborhood is one that I would not want to live in but for the week we were there it was fine. You can go into the house and not really know exactly where you are. Overall, it was a fine place to stay with a big group.

The house had plenty of space for all of us to spread out. It had all we needed to make meals and plenty of activities for kids and adults! The kids especially enjoyed the pool.

We were a large group and the space was plenty- good sized rooms with futons/cot available. The kitchen is NOT equipped to serve a large group that has any amount of kids. There were almost no plastic cups/bowls so we just ended up buying some disposable ones to reuse while we were there. Also, the grill was terribly dirty and not maintained and the trash bin in the yard for plastic and glass was almost completely full when we arrived. The cleaning quality was quite low. Several pillows and bedding had stains on them. We also discovered a disposable syringe under the bed in the boy castle room when gathering up our items to leave. The pool and hot tub cannot both be heated at the same time, you have to pick, so we spent a lot more time in the hot tub. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work and they had a countertop ice maker but when we went to use it it was disgusting and moldy and we decided against trying to get it to a usable state. We just bought bagged ice to use. It was nice that they had a puddle jumper, stroller, high chair for little ones and there were plenty of seating options in the living and dining areas.

I would suggest you include a picture of the front of the house in the listing. This is a really old home that has been remodeled, however very nicely. It is in a really old neighborhood that I would not allow my grandkids to walk around in. The pictures makes it look like it’s a brand new home in a new neighborhood, Which it is not. I was disappointed that I find a sign in the house that says we’re responsible to have all the laundry done when the dryer doesn’t work and takes three hours for one batch of towels. I thought the joy of getting a vacation rental is you clear out your personal belongings, Take the trash out, do the dishes and leave. Not make sure that all the laundry is done. 3,700 was a bit much for 3 days. However I agreed to pay that. It says sleeps 22 but keep in mind that is using futons and couches. The game room was nice and the teens loved it. The back yard was ok however they did a nice job with the pool and spa. There is a slide too which was fun. The kitchen area is very very nice and very updated. Make sure to bring your own paper plates, paper towel towels, napkins. We had a nice weekend and we did enjoy the house.. I just felt it was a bit deceiving to not show the front of the house in the neighborhood which may have changed my decision. The decorations and the remodeling was done very nicely.

Our group of 14 had plenty of space! The bedroom configuration is great and the pool was wonderful. Property owners were very responsive and helpful.

We had a conference at the convention center and this gave us a great place to relax in the evenings. There are great restaurants nearby and it was clean and quiet.

We had 12 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty of parking in the driveway. We stayed during a heat wave and the pool was great. The kids (and adults) loved the slide. Everyone had a great time. Highly recommend staying here

This house had five rooms with King or Queen beds and two rooms with multiple beds for kids. It was excellent for our extended family group. The pool is fabulous. The kids did not care about being anywhere else on days that we did not go sightseeing. Disneyland is very close and easy to get to as well. There is a grocery store in the next block. We would be happy to stay there again.

Pretty good location, lots of ants, ice maker in fridge did not work, ice maker on counter was to dirty to use. Swimming pool was great for kids. Need to get rid of ants!!!!
