We had a great stay! The property had everything we needed, lots of space and a fantastic backyard and pool. It had all the amenities we needed and I would stay here again.

We were in Phoenix for 5-day getaway and to attend our grandson’s baseball tournament, which was scheduled to be held in local facilities in Peoria and Glendale. Although the grandson and his parent had to stay at the team hotel, we grandparents stayed in the cool comfort of this VRBO! It was lovely and well-stocked with everything we might have needed. There were even folding chairs in the pool house that we took to a couple of the games. A big plus was that the location made it easy to navigate to the games and find restaurants that were acceptable.

Our overall interpretation of this place, is that it is an awesome place to stay, it has everything you need for a vacation in AZ. The host was great one of the best host we have had and we as a family of 9 go to a lot of VRBO and she made us fell like part of here family. Great location also close to everything you may need. This property was great for a large family. All the bedrooms were lovely and the bathrooms were all stocked with amenities in case you had forgotten something. The kitchen was also equipped with everything needed for feeding a larger family/group. However the backyard was the star of the show. We spent the majority of our time outside. I would highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will get the chance to do so again.

The house was perfect for our family of five, plenty of room, very clean and the backyard was amazing! The kitchen was stocked with any misc. things we had forgotten to pick up. The location was also great, not too far from activities we did! Would highly recommend this house

What sold us on this property was the fully heated pool and attached hot tub (spa). It did not disappoint! The house was stocked, in a great location near restaurants/coffee shops/trails and there was more than enough space for our family of 5. We would stay again and would highly recommend!!

House was perfect for my husband and three boys ages 7-12! Everything was clean, well stocked and plenty of room for us. Our favorite area was the outside! The pool, hot tub and outdoor grill/bar/tv area was where we spent most of our time and enjoyed it immensely!

I’m a caretaker, living in Bay Area. While I love my life, there are times I need time to myself. This home was the perfect place to get that. Everything you need is close by. Groceries, restaurants, and nail salons are within minutes of the house. The house has everything you will need to relax or cook meals. Thank you for sharing your home with me!

This property has to be rated in the top five. There was lots of room to spread out. All of the furnishings were top notch. Every detail was thought out to enhance our stay, even extra toothbrushes. The yard is spectacular with a pool, spa, mini putting green and outside kitchen. The owner was very available and accommodating.

This property is amazing. The owner has thought of every detail. Pool/spa was beautiful. The little putting green was a nice touch. There were tv’s in every room. Beds were very comfortable.

This house was perfect for our family. The house was very clean. The pool was nice and warm and the spa was wonderful. The house had everything to make the stay comfortable - baking dishes, crockpots, extra toiletries - even sunblock. Angela was an amazing host and they truly thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Thank you!!

Was Good , other than barbeques faulty ? Also few instructions in check n binder added would very helpful. Any calls for these were answered in a timely manner. Eg. Keys for gate location , Propane refills in pool hut , L

The property was a terrific place to stay with our family. We were in town for a week attending a sports tournament and the house was a terrific spot to enjoy meals and the beautiful backyard oasis. The house was well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. It was very clean and easy to roll into and enjoy. The check-in process was easy and the owner checked in on us regularly to be sure everything was working up to expectations. We would highly recommend the property to others.

Our family came to Peoria for our adult daughter's college graduation at the Desert Diamond arena. While the outdoor daily temperatures were in the 110+ range, we found the indoor temps perfect with A/C and the pool and patio a true oasis. Our host was super responsive and we lacked nothing. By far the best VRBO I've ever rented. Lovely!
