Stayed Feb 3, 2026The place was perfect for our party of four. We were visiting our brother who lives in Sun City West and the rental property was very close. Plus it was 80F all week which was heaven coming from a Midwest winter.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025We kind of came through a rough area to get to the house because of my GPS and it was late at night so I was initially a little concerned. There was absolutely nothing to worry about. Good neighborhood, no concerns at all about the location. Absolutely loved the house. They have thought of everything! The living room is so cozy, love the furniture, so many places to hang out, inside and out. Great seating outside, lounge by the pool, awnings for shade, so many thoughtful additions. The pool was gorgeous, honestly couldn't have enjoyed the place more. Oh! And I can't forget the amazingly soft sheets on the master bed Easily 5 stars.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025The house was very clean and was described very accurately. We stayed two weeks in January so too cold for the pool but the outdoor area was very nice. Had a problem with the kitchen light and they very quickly came and fixed it. Only recommendation would be to have a mattress topper for king bed. It was very hard

Stayed Jan 21, 2023Oldest brother lives in Sun City West and we all came from Midwest to be together. Too cool to use the pool but the house was great and had everything we needed. Only annoyance was a few neighbors working on trucks and motorcycles but we understood it was the weekend and that's what you do. It got a little noisy. Still had a great time.

Stayed Aug 12, 2022This house was in a great location to my daughter college. We had a great stay. Neighbors wasn’t the best. But the house was great. Biker club across street not compliant that they actually have neighbors. All pool toys were amazing. Thank you James family
