Stayed Nov 27, 2024This property is PERFECT! The owners made sure we had everything we needed, were prompt with communication and even had lovely snacks for us upon arrival. Furnishings are lovely! I wish we had been able to stay longer and explore but we were in town for family holiday. Do not miss this lovely farmhouse!!!

Stayed Jul 18, 2024It is off the beaten path but worth the drive. The house is in great shape and the decor is outstanding. The kitchen was well equipped. The large wrap around porch was great for taking in the views both morning and evening. Relaxing to watch the cows and horses graze. The owners were most gracious and we all visited with them one evening and enjoyed the view from top of the mountain. Great place if you desire relaxation...I highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024This was the most wonderful place. The love and care invested into this home can be seen and felt throughout. Pictures do not do it justice. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. We all slept so well. We spent so much time on the porch in the morning and evenings. Our children loved exploring the farm and we enjoyed the serenity. The creek and lightning bugs were definitely a sweet highlight. It’s close to the lake and Bristol Caverns. But honestly we could have spent the whole trip just enjoying the home and property. We were honestly sad to have to leave. If you are looking to relax and enjoy a beautiful piece of history we suggest you stay here. We hope to stay here every summer vacation if we can!

Stayed Dec 28, 2022Our family and my Mom went up for an after Christmas getaway. It was fun and different to stay in an old house. The furnishings were beautiful and the beds were my favorite. We slept so well on the mattresses and the coverings were clean and comfortable. Mary Lynn had some groceries for us, a cheese board, and some flowers for my Mom when we arrived. Very thoughtful. We enjoyed chatting with Mary Lynn and her husband and seeing their beautiful view from their home up the hill. The location was great. We went to Bristol, TN, VA and Abingdon one day. Thanks Mary Lynn for your hospitality!

Stayed Sep 2, 2022Quaint home on beautiful property. I definitely recommend for others. The property is unbelievably beautiful and tucked away. If you have an eye for photography it’s also a perfect place, there’s so much beauty to find if you look for it.

Stayed Sep 16, 2021We had the most amazing time at Mary Lynn's 1880's Farmhouse. The scenery was breathtaking, the home is charming and the hospitality we received from Mary Lynn was such a delight. It was so neat to be staying on a working farm. This is a beautiful area just 15 or so minutes to Bristol, 7 minutes to beautiful South Holston Lake and 20 minutes to Bristol Motor Speed Way. We will definitely be bringing our family back in the future. Thank you Mary Lynn! Franki, Bill, John and Cheryl.
