We enjoyed this property for its value and ability to be all together. With everything so expensive this time of year it was a good choice. Plenty of room.

Cleaning lady and husband were still in the house when we arrived 30 minutes AFTER check-in time.Second floor was stifling hot. NONE of the upstairs windows had screens in them; we couldn’t leave the windows open to cool off the house.Secondary bathroom - a portion of the flooring in the secondary bathroom was ripped up, there were old partially used bars of soap in the shower, toilet paper holder was broken. The dishwasher control panel was worn and unreadable.Stove top was grimy and toaster over had crumbs on top of it.The faucet in the master bathroom shower was broken. (The diverter valve was broken – you could only have piping-hot or freezing-cold water – no temperature control). The water/ice dispenser in the refrigerator wasn’t connected. One window in the master bedroom didn’t have a blackout blind.Washing machine was full of mold/mildew in the rubber seal and detergent dispenser.House had weird furniture – numerous desks in house and a 4-drawer metal filing cabinet in the master bedroom, but no dresser.Cleaning lady and husband returned to the property on our last night there. The husband was outside on the back patio and the wife was in the basement (the basement was a separate rental space). BUT she came upstairs from the basement into the portion of the house we rented – WITHOUT knocking/asking or even announcing herself. Then at 10pm that night her husband starts cutting hedges with an electric trimmer.

House was in quiet neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to see. Kitchen was well equipped. Chair at dinning room table was broken and made my wife fall. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs was HOT. No window screens so we could not open windows. Heat was biggest issue. Contact information we received was wrong, lady who manages did try and call but couldn't understand what she was saying in voicemail, probably a bad connection. We would probably stay here again if it was cooler.

Big damper we were cold esp. in the gathering family room. 61degrees and the thermostat was in lock box set at 62. I think you should state up front your 65 degrees rule ! Before someone agrees to rent the place they should be aware of this But unable to change temp when set at only 62 was unbearable The lights on garage outside should be able to turn them on to see step down from porch ( yes, on bruised knee) too dark and extension cord to plug car in was frozen in iceSink in up stairs bathroom s l owVery clean Great beds nice kitchen washer dryer

We did not stay at the house. It had a urine smell. The carpet was torn. The bathtubs were stained.

Very roomy and comfortably furnished we enjoyed looking at their collections. Watching the planes come and go was an extra exciting event especially for the children. It was an excellent choice and if we should come back to Anchorage would certainly hope this property was available. The host was very gracious and contacted us to make sure all was well

Came up for the UAF graduation ceremony. The house was clean and comfortable much better than two rooms at a hotel would have been for the two nights we stayed.
