Stayed Feb 9, 2025At first everything looked great. The place has four nice size bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. I think because the owner doesn’t live in Phoenix things are not addressed. Broken screen door, broken tv in one of the bedrooms, cushions missing on chairs outside. The biggest thing was the pool not being heated or cleaned. In my option this is unexceptionable & we should be compensated.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, great kitchen & living area. Outdoor is great area. This is our 2nd year at this house. They added punting green & gas fire ? pit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was in excellent condition and matched all of the pictures in the listing. Plenty of room for many people and great bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location to get to the main highways and baseball parks for Spring Training. The only knock was that the owner had a heater installed for the pool recently and it was not working. Temps were a little cooler (end of March) and the water temp was about 60 degrees the whole time so we could not use the pool. In their defense though, they did say in the listing it was not a heated pool.

Stayed Apr 26, 2023Great air b n b, nice quiet neighborhood with great amenities! Nice and big for our party of 8, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Only thing I would recommend is a full length mirror for looking at your outfit when you have an occasion to go to. Also the bedroom TV took a long time to get to live TV when not wanting to watch one of the apps, kind of difficult for my older parents to figure out. Other than those minor things it was awesome!

Stayed Oct 9, 2022Quiet and safe neighborhood. Our stay was excellent. We were in town for my graduation at GCU. Had a group of 5 adults that fir comfortably in the home. Very spacious home with everything that you need to make any home cooked meal. Our host was amazing very accommodating and quick responses. This is one of the best properties that we’ve stayed at . For sure we’ll satay here in the near future.

Stayed Jun 26, 2020This property is amazing! The house looks exactly as pictured and there were many amenities that we didn't know were going to be there. We needed a family getaway and this gave us a great opportunity to do this safely, during these crazy times! I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a beautiful space to stay! Our property contact was very nice as well!
