Everything was just right. We (7) were intown for a Wedding and the house was great. Nice walk with a hot coffee to the water was peaceful.

Fabulous location. Easy to get to Martha’s Vineyard, Newport and Providence. House was very clean with lots of amenities. Enjoyed our stay

Great property and ideal location close to the Newport Jazz festival ground. The house was perfect for our group. Would love to rent it again when we are back in the area. Hosts were quick to answer any questions and queries we had. The Welcome basket was a nice touch! The pool and its area are well maintained.

Had a ladies weekend in Bristol and loved the house and the location. The food options near the house were amazing. Visited neighboring areas but loved the relaxed vibe in Bristol. And loved coming back to the pool after walking around the town. Would definitely come back for a stay at the house.

Beautiful area, house was clean and had everything we needed including separate rooms for all the adult couples and the beds were comfortable. The patio was nice and the surrounding area, including historic downtown Bristol and Colt State Park, had many wonderful places to enjoy.

Perfect house for all of us - including grandparents - to stay while attending and celebrating RWU graduation! House was lovely and in a great neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and return!

A very well appointed and clean home. Kitchen was well equipped for my wife's preparation of dishes for Thanksgiving. Has Google assistant devices. In a nice neighborhood only two blocks from the water. Would consider staying here again. The only reason we rated cleanliness at a four was because the kitchen cabinets and stovetop were as clean as they could be. Otherwise, the home was very clean.

We had a great stay we were busy with activities in the area but the house gave us a place to relax and rest! Beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed.

The house was very clean and adorable. The pool was perfect for the kids. My family really enjoyed the vacation and there was room for everybody and their cars. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Definitely recommend to all!

House was well equipped, comfortable, air conditioned well, great pool, technology excellent! We did not use the bedroom tv’s As it was sunny and we were outside most of the time and at the beaches in Newport. The hosts were quick to answer any questions and all went well! Would love to return some day.

We rented Tim and Eric's house for a wedding, and there were 8 of us in the group. Check in and check out were a breeze, and we were provided with detailed guidelines for house rules. The house was well equipped with supplies, linens, bath/pool towels, kitchen items, and we received a lovely welcome basket (wine, coffee, chocolates) when we arrived. The furniture and beds were super comfortable, and the house has mini splits to provide air conditioning. The outdoor area was perfect, with multiple seating areas and an awning to provide shade. We spent morning, noon, and night time on the outside patio. We had a minor problem with the pool, but Tim and Eric were immediately responsive and resolved the issue. We really enjoyed our stay and it was conveniently located to restaurants, shops, the wedding venue, etc.....

We were in Bristol to attend a family wedding and the house was perfect! We were welcomed with a cute bottle of wine, a nice touch. The house was great and exactly as described. Thank you so much!

The pictures and everything we read about the property were on target! Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to cook for 7, room to spread out so we weren’t always on top of each other, comfy beds, and close to RWU/Bristol (we were there for graduation). We were just bummed the weather was so cold and rainy that we couldn’t use the pool!
