Stayed Dec 22, 2024Excellent property with all things as stated in description. All things necessary to cook at the home which we usually do when traveling. The only thing we missed was a grill but we were aware of that going in.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024This house was perfect for our little family of 4. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The bedding is better than average for a rental property. The main room with kitchen, dining, and living rooms was the perfect space to all be together (when we weren’t in the pool or at the beach). The pool was amazing - perfect size for our 7 and 9 year olds. The screened in pool area made the pool so much more enjoyable. Ample (non-swimming-pool) entertainment with games and TVs and an Bluetooth speaker for dance parties. Every little detail about the house met or exceeded expectations. Clean-up for checkout was a breeze - load the dishwasher, strip the beds, turn out the lights. And the neighbors have nesting burrowing owls which are super adorable. Love the proximity to the grocery store. The suggested restaurant (Sicily Trattoria) was amazing as well, and we ended up eating there twice. The owners really thought of everything. Loved this place and would happily rent here again.

Stayed May 26, 2022We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was pristine, welcoming, and offered comfortable furnishings in the common areas. The pool was also gorgeous — although we had many frustrations in this area. Our stay was from Thurs-Mon and the pool is only cleaned on Mondays. It would have been nice to have it cleaned before our stay. The skimmer was not on during our stay — which I did not bring up to management — but it did cause bugs to collect on the surface of the pool, which we had to skim away ourselves. This felt minor at the time, so we did not address it. Additionally, we were frustrated when we arrived at the property and saw the checklist of items we were expected to complete before leaving for our stay. Given that the cleaning fee was SO HIGH, we assumed we would not have been expected to launder our own towels, load the dishwasher, and take out all of the trash/recycling. These may seem like minor tasks, but I didn’t pay that much in a cleaning fee to go on vacation and start the laundry for the cleaner. That was frustrating. Also, the linens on your beds are incredibly worn. You can feel pilling from where others have rested their bodies. There was also a pillow case which was completely ripped open at the seams when I turned down the bed. Again, for the price, I was expecting more. My guests had an amazing time though, so 4/5.
