3 Lvl Rosslyn Gem-Walk to Metro!

Superb location near Rosslyn metro station and a lot of restaurants and shopping. Very safe neighborhood. House was clean and worked very well for our group. Listing accurately described and showed the house. It was well cleaned and stocked.

Clean space. Close to Courthouse Metro station. Comfortable beds. Wifi worked well. Nice to have dedicated parking space for our vehicle. Restaurants nearby were great. Kelly was very attentive...even left a few flashlights for us because there might have been a power outage with some storms.

We had a fantastic stay at Kelly’s VRBO! She was incredibly responsive when we encountered an issue with the Wi-Fi, promptly addressing and fixing it. The house itself was perfect for our family, comfortably accommodating six kids and six adults. Its proximity to all the attractions we wanted to see in DC was a huge plus, and we loved the quiet, charming neighborhood. Having a grocery store within walking distance was convenient, and the short stroll to the metro was a wonderful bonus. We would absolutely be happy to stay here again! Highly recommend!

This place was awesome. Only a short walk up the hill to the metro. Super convenient and close. House was stacked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Lots of space for my family. Would highly recommend if touring around DC.

The house was perfect for our group! There was a lot of room to spread out and everything was very comfortable and set up so well. The kitchen, living room, downstairs game room, outside patio- everything was perfect! For a short stay, we actually had to use the laundry, and it was perfect too! The house is so well located- In a quiet neighborhood but close to everything that you need with an easy drive into Washington and the airport, as well as an easy walk to the metro for a quick ride into Washington. Parking at the house was great also- and nice to have in the DC area. I would stay here again, and recommend it highly!

When booking for this family trip, the most important thing I was looking for in our VRBO was safety and convenience - and this house delivered! It's in a very safe neighborhood near GWU about a 10 minute walk to the Metro station. We bought an unlimited pass and used the metro to get around the city throughout our stay. We were able to walk to 7/11 and target for any necessities. The house was very clean and updated and I loved how everything we needed was included - like linens, soap, toilet paper, and even coffee and half and half! The host was very responsive and I would highly recommend this house for your DC vacation.

Excellent property. House was clean and had all necessary amenities. Location was perfect, close enough to DC and in a clean and safe neighborhood with restaurants and stores nearby. If I ever visit the area again in the future, I would look into this property for another stay!!

This house was perfect for our needs. Great location. We could walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The house was very comfortable and even had a pack and play and toys for our grandson.

Such a cute home in a great neighborhood that is super convenient to all Washington DC locations! Loved the convenience of the proximity to the Metro, just a short walk up the hill. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a good fit for our mixed age family, well stocked kitchen, and parking spaces right in the front of the home made for a nice week.

My adult children walked to and thru Arlington Cemetery from our VRBO. We were close to the Metro, Ronald Regan Airport, restaurants. Room for three cars to park. There were plenty of towels.My only comment is the two beds extra beds would be more appropriate for 1 person than two.

Our group of friends had a great stay for our weekend of World Pride festivities. The place was roomy enough for all of us to be comfortable. The location was amazing, with great restaurants and the Metro within walking distance. It had a city feel, while still being quiet and peaceful. Especially in the backyard.

We were in Arlington to attend a celebration for our grandson. Would rent this home again without question and would recommend anyone to do the same. The location is in a safe neighborhood surrounded by restaurants you can walk to, a CVS, and a 7-Eleven. Another plus was the parking. It is included and right in front of the home. No need to drive around looking for a space. This home also had 3 full bathrooms, which was great for our family. Can’t get a better location than this!

This was a great location for us to stay for our family trip to Washington DC. Highly recommend. One downside was the temperature in the house. It was constantly cold even with the heat on. I notified the host. Other than that I would recommend.

Overall, the place was very nice. It was very clean and the location is great for getting to the metro and around town. Lots of great restaurants in the area. The only thing I have to say is we had 10 people staying there and I felt that there was not enough furniture in the living room to accommodate us all. If they would add a little more furniture for seating and maybe more hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels when you have 10 people.

We have a German exchange student this year and her family flew into DC. We booked the house for 8 of us. What a delight for their first glimpse of the US. The Metro was easy to get to but also great options around the house. We drove in late and were tired. Opened the door to an immaculate, warm, comfortable house. Thank you for a great experience.

The property was clean. We had plenty of toiletries and towels and blankets. Communication with the owner was very efficient and simple.

We enjoyed our stay in the Washington DC area. The location of the rental is perfect with just a five minute walk to the Metro and a short drive into DC. The home was comfortable, clean, and well kept. Kelly was attentive and checked in with us throughout the visit to ensure everything was going well I’d stay here again jn the future.

Proximity to The national cemetery & airport could not be better. There were great amenities within walking distance as well. The house was clean & had everything we needed. There was great space for us all toall of us to spread out as well.

The house was immaculate and served our needs perfectly. It was close to every spot that we were visiting.My only criticisms are that I was unaware that the lower level has no access to the rest of the house. I wish I had known this in advance. I would also change the rug in the dining room. It is an accident waiting to happen. Overall, we were quite pleased with the home.

We had an amazing trip with the family to DC. The house was perfect for our family of 10. The house was even better than described. It had plenty of room for the entire crew, was clean, well-furnished and spacious. Having three full bathrooms was also nice. We went to DC for the Army Navy game, but also to see the sites of the Capital. The Metro was a very easy 3-4 minute walk and was on a direct line that took us to straight to the museums and monuments. There were lots of good restaurants nearby and the neighborhood was very safe and secure. We had no problems, but Kelly checked in on us by email regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Could not ask for a better host. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling to DC.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The host was fantastic, and the house was perfect for our group of 12. Everyone had a wonderful family time together in this peaceful, cozy home. The washer and dryer came in handy, and we had a blast playing table tennis. The fireplace was a lovely touch, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The separate basement with its own entrance was a great bonus for extra privacy. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the railway station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

This was a very clean, well stocked house located about 5 minutes from the Metro. The neighborhood was quiet (except for some airplanes) and had lots of nearby dining. If you have elderly people as we did, you should know that while the walk is short, it is uphill to the Metro. Would definitely stay again!

Very convenient to Metro. Comfortable beds and the house very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The host was responsive and timely.

Only problem we had was that maintenance forgot to put the trash on the curb after the previous stayers went through- everything else was as good as it gets!

This was a great location for our family as we visited Washington DC. Very safe neighborhood and only 5 min walk to courthouse metro station - 10-16 min metro ride to all sight seeing destinations in DC! Very clean and all necessary kitchen and bath essentials provided! Would definitely recommend for groups or multiple families who will be visiting DC and don’t want to drive to sightseeing!
