Stayed Dec 27, 2025Easy check-in, responsive host. Perfect spot for our entire family of 17, including kids and grandkids. Loved the location being on the bay with the ocean just across the street. The downstairs great room had plenty of space for our entire crew to hang out together for meals and games. Lots of restaurant choices close by, though we ate most breakfasts and dinners at the house. We enjoyed walks, bike rides, paddle boarding (brought our own), volleyball and football on the sand. Also outings to the zoo, golf, and Coronado.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025The three separate condos were perfect for our annual family vacation with our four kids and 11 grandchildren. We loved going to the Beach in the morning, and paddle boarding in the bay in the afternoon. Great location for both. I would have given five stars, but the condos were a little run down and could use some updates, but nothing that made our stay there uncomfortable. I was excited that there were six garage spaces, unfortunately, the entry was so low, only two vehicles were able to park there. If you have an SUV, or have luggage racks on your vehicle, you won't be able to park there. We were able to find parking across the Bay at the recreation center, and since we didn't really need to use our vehicles that much, it worked out perfectly. Street parking is limited, and there is no parking on Tues and Fri mornings from 8am - 10am. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would probably rent there again.

Stayed Jun 17, 2025Our family (8 adults and 9 children) enjoyed the Waterfront 7. The three units comfortably accommodated the entire family (nine total bedrooms). We used the larger ground floor unit and patio to host lunches and dinners for the entire group. The units are well furnished, kitchen's well equipped, and plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. We had a fabulous stay and would book this unit again. The Host (Surf Style Vacation Homes) is very professional. Good communication, easy access, and easy check out. The unit was clean and we had ample towels and supplies.

Stayed Dec 14, 2024In summary, our accommodations were adequate for hosting three families and having a large gathering space in the ground floor unit. All agreed that the three separate units allowed for privacy while keeping everyone relatively close. There was also agreement that the units were in need of updating and a little TLC. The location was ideal with volleyball on the beach a few steps away.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We reserved these 3 units for separate families to stay during a nearby wedding weekend at the MB Women's Club. The units and bedrooms were large, every bedroom except one had a tv, so it fit everyone perfectly. Each unit was well equipped with kitchenware, seating, and extra bedding. And the bay was so much more calm and relaxing than other places we've stayed on the ocean front side. A wonderful wedding weekend!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Let me say that the units combined were perfect for our family of 20 (and 2 infants @1 year old) It really does provide privacy and get away for everyone, which is needed when traveling with a large group. We used the downstairs unit as the gathering area and the patio was big enough for all of us to hang out. Overall, everyone was pleased and of course you can't beat the location. It was ideal for our family of small grandchildren and just a short walk to the shore. We gave it 4 stars (would have been 4.5 but that isn't an option) because of the following: A bit dated - but clean, towels need to be replaced and we had issues with loading and unloading our large trucks/SUVs (that don't fit in underground parking) due to the narrowness of the one-way road that sits right behind building. Bring your family, volleyball and beach games. You will be very happy with this rental

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It was difficult finding a place for our extended family of 22 guests, we were glad to come across this Surf Style rental that had 3 townhomes right next to each other. It gave us all our separate space but we were all able to gather on the beach and the downstairs patio. Our children and grandchildren really enjoyed it!
