3 Houses to Ocean- Ocean Views

This house reminded us of a fraternity house. The design was a bit off and it’s not in great shape. On the positive side, it is close to the beach and has beautiful views. A few things that I wish I had known beforehand- make sure to bring shower gel, dish soap, bottled water, ear plugs and bikes for trips to the local restaurants. Our truck did not fit in the garage so a car would have been a better choice for this trip. Two fun restaurants close by are Miss B’s Coconut Club and Guava Beach. Many of the other restaurants are about a 20 minute walk. If you’re planning on spending most of the time in the beach, this place might be good enough.

This place is just what you want for a family beach vacation. The property is very roomy, two kitchens, and a wonderful huge top deck. You are just steps from the beach, and have beach views from the middle balcony and the top deck. Located right in the middle of PB’s crystal pier and MB’s Belmont Park.. Grocery, restaurants and bike rentals nearby. Myles, the owner was very accommodating, even letting us move the barbecue to the top deck.

We’ve rented this house several times. It is a great house and you can’t beat the location.

We loved this property. The location was perfect. The house was well equipped with everything provided We enjoyed the use of the beach cruiser , boogie boards & surf board. My husband and I had the downstairs and the kids thought they were living large with the upstairs living room & half kitchen

Mission Beach is steps away! Our first experience with renting a house and it was great! Everyone had their own room!!

The property was close to the beach, had lots of room, is as pictured and described, but the rooftop deck still proved to be beyond what we anticipated! It was a great place to hang out and watch the waves.

The only negative I have is the house was bare. The was no vacation friendly atmosphere. It seemed more adequate for college students.

The house itself is perfect for enjoying the beach and all that SD weather has to offer. The 3rd floor deck is the perfect place to enjoy meals and get an awesome view. We come to Mission Beach every year and will always stay here. Plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards to use too. Very clean and comfortable!

The owner was very friendly and caring. He made sure we had everything we needed. The house is close to the ocean with great views from the rooftop and balcony!
