Other highlights include an exclusive hot tub, 2 BBQ's, ground level patio + expansive 2nd level deck, UNLIMITED beach gear rentals at no extra fee, ocean-front master suites, 4 car garage, A/C, SMART TVs in all bedrooms, & 2 washers/dryers. We are conveniently located in the heart of Mission Beach!!! Beautiful white sandy, swim & surf friendly beach located just steps away. Take advantage of our complimentary boogie boards & beach chairs!
Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.
• Water Activities
If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.
• Attractions
Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    Good location, plenty of room in the garage for 3 SUVs. including an Expedition. Lots of beach toys and chairs. If you have mobility issues, be aware of the 30 steps up to the third floor. I injured my knee prior to our stay so it was difficult for me.

    Large spacious home with nice upgrades. Great amenities. Being on the boardwalk was the best. Enjoy the nighttime waves as you relax in the spa. Surf Style went over and beyond. We informed them of broken boogie boards and they brought new ones out. Very customer friendly. Will book again.

    Great space and location for family to share and show last respects to our mother, grandmother, and great grandmother in a place she dearly loved, the beach. We were able to rent a bonfire in front on the beach and make semoas.

    This property was perfect for all ages. We had 3 different families and everyone was comfortable. Access to the beach is amazing and we really appreciated all the beach toys/towels that were provided. Would definitely stay here again!

    We can't say enough positive things about this beautiful ocean front vacation house. From the house and location itself to the easy checkin/out and help Surf Style hosts, this offering exceeded our expectations. Easy 5 star recommendation particularly for larger groups wanting their own space. Hopefully we'll be back for the holidays in 2023!
