We're located in the heart of Mission Beach & close to attractions, activities, & local dining. *NOTE**: No A/C, fans are provided; livingroom fireplace non-operational. Dog-friendly home (unfortunately no cats)

SUMMARY
Newer construction building and professionally designed interiors, this impressive and rare ocean front townhome has it all! Outdoor space off each level, high end custom finishes throughout including stone flooring throughout, granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, custom designer furniture and furnishings, and a spa-like master bath with dual vanities, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Our guests also have the unique opportunity to take advantage of our amazing ocean-front hot tub, which is exclusive only for our guests and an ideal place for people watching on the Boardwalk and enjoying amazing sunsets. Even more rare is we offer our guests 2 onsite parking spaces that includes a private attached 2 car tandem garage with direct entry. INTERIOR
One of only a handful of townhomes located on the ocean in Mission Beach, this beautiful unit was thoughtfully designed to have no one above or below you and allows for the utmost in privacy. This is also the premier Northern most home situated parallel to a drive lane, so there is no adjacent home to the North and allows for coastal views from all rooms and all levels.

GROUND LEVEL | The main level offers our guests the convenience of a 2 car attached tandem garage, side by side washer dryer, 2 guest bedrooms that share a full bathroom (tub/shower combo). Also off the ground floor is an exclusive ocean front patio complete with a relaxing hot tub, BBQ, outdoor shower, and patio seating.

SECOND LEVEL | Upstairs you will find the main living area, fully equipped with a wonderful open floorplan, outdoor ocean front patio, and wrap around windows allowing for spectacular views. The living room houses a mounted tv and sleek sofa sectional. Off the living room is a fully equipped kitchen and an adjacent dining area, as well as a half bathroom.

THIRD LEVEL | The entire top floor is the relaxing master suite, complete with a mounted TV, beautiful modern white leather bed, and spa like master bath. This top floor also houses a private outdoor ocean front balcony with seating for 2 and views up to La Jolla (to the North) and down to Pt. Loma (to the South).

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    NO Power for 2 days Which meant no lights, outlets or refrigerator that we had just stalked all of our food inSuper dirty and they need to do some maintenance. Dirty linens and pillows. Kitchen is stocked with old gross pots and pans. Kitchen drawers were dirty and falling apartThey gave us one roll of paper towels for six days Pictures online look great but house looks nothing like that in person. Parking is a very narrow garage. I couldn’t even get my car into it because it’s so close to another houseGreat location on the beach though I paid over 2000 a night and it is definitely not worth itSurfside did refund 1500..

    First the positives. The location of this house is great, you can't beat ocean front views and the walkability to restaurants and activities. The hot tub was a nice touch. They have beach chairs and sand toys in the garage. The kitchen is relatively well stocked (could use a serving bowl or two). However, the house feels a bit run down. For the amount we paid, I expected more. The floors felt gritty/sandy from the day we got there - it is a beach house but on day one just after it was cleaned I shouldn't feel sand on the floor. I tried using the vacuum but it didn't do much to pick up the sand. The sheets in the primary bedroom would not stay on the bed. The elastic was shot on the mattress pad and the fitted sheet, so every time we moved in the bed they would pop off. The washing machine was rusty. The house has no rugs or drapes to absorb sound so it is like an echo chamber - every movement is amplified. A little TLC would go a long way and this place could be really nice but at almost 2K per night I expected better.

    We had 8 adults, not all coupled up so that made it cozy yet comfortable with one taking the couch. Highlights: parking, beach chairs & boogie boards, Hot Tub!!! 2.5 bathrooms and the location was awesome.

    We had a fun time here but the unfortunate part was when we arrived the cleaning crew wasn’t done cleaning until about an hour after check in and when trying to contact management they didn’t get back to me until the next day and didn’t care about that and only cared about my car being parked in the wrong spot because I had to since their cleaning people were parked in the garage,then when trying to check out the cleaning crew was there extra early forcing themselves in and didn’t know how to speak any English and wouldn’t wait for us to take our stuff out and was blocking the way the whole time leading to an extra late check out because of the cleaners again, so it was a nice house but just hope you don’t have to deal with the cleaners or the management.

    We love the neighborhood and the house. The house location was excellent because it was close to everything. We love the house and plenty of rooms for everyone. Each floor had a different views and right on the boardwalk. We will be back.
