3 Br/3.5 Bath - Townhouse - Sandy Sunsets

Clean, comfy and cozy townhouse with plenty of room to gather in living room and each to enjoy large bedrooms. Beach side of hwy. 98 makes for a very short and enjoyable walk to the white sand beach. We visit this area often because it is very peaceful. If your looking for shopping, restaurants, etc. it’s only 20 minute or so drive to Panama City and 12 miles to Port St. Joe.

The house was wonderful with beautiful furnishings and very clean. Balconies and porch are great. Could use a few little touches like hangers in closets, stand-up ironing board, and more generous supply of towels. Some small decorations are broken and should be replaced. But those suggestions did not take away from the stay. Truly enjoyed.

This was by far one of our favorite rentals at MB! Super spacious and clean! We will be back!

Checking was very easy. The place was well taken care of and clean, although the garbage outside had not been taken out before we arrived. (Not much the owners could have done about that, though.) Very comfortable beds. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Would definitely stay there again.

This house has plenty of room, a fun game room, kitchen with everything you need and a quick walk to the beach. Owner was quick to answer all my questions. We felt right at home!

Great property nice spacious layout. Love the fenced in back patio. Short walking distance to a beautiful beach. Great to see Mexico Beach recovering. This was our first time back since the hurricane. So glad it’s keeping the small town appeal.
