Very nice location

The whole experience was excellent. From booking to the villa itself, everything was great. The villa is lovely, they have everything you need to be comfortable, even a proper kettle which is essential for a cup of tea! The pool was the biggest we have had in previous visits to the same area. Kristoph, communicated quickly and was responsive to our needs. Highly recommend a stay at this villa. We hope to visit again.

Kris was great to work with. An amazing place to stay, beautiful home, easy access to surrounding area, fantastic pool/patio. Higly recommend!!! When I have to be down that way for sure going to rebook.

Everything was just as described or better. We had a fantastic stay. House was very clean, everything we needed and more, and the beds were very comfortable. We would certainly recommend and stay here again ourselves.

Great mid point location between where the wedding was (Lake Alfred ) and universal Orlando. Hot Tup had way too many chemicals and was unusable. Pool was.clean. Supply’s for ordinary use were lacking. Like Saran Wrap etc. overall it met our needs

My family and I were booked to stay here for a little over a week. Everything was great. Check in process was super easy and the house was as described. We did however have to check out early due to Hurricane Milton coming in. Our host was super nice and understanding. Would stay here again.

We had a great time staying at the Vrbo on Southern Dunes in Haines City. The property was exceptionally clean and any questions we had were quickly answered by Kris. We will definitely look at staying here again when we come down to visit our relatives who live here.

This is the second time we have stay in the villa and it didn’t disappoint again. The new addition of the plush sofas was ideal to chill after having a lovely swim in the pool or a soak in the hot tub. There was ample room for 6 adults to have space of their own if needed. Security at the gate was excellent and easy access to the villa. The only little thing is blinds are needed to cover pool doors as was very aware of neighbour opposite at night whilst chilling in living area.

Very responsive owner. The villa is very well appointed, it has everything you could need or want and good quality. Comfortable large beds and the master bathroom is huge! All rooms have walk in wardrobes and flat screen tv’s. The pool area is big, as is the pool. Lots of seating and tables for outdoor dining and a rattan sofa to sit and watch the outdoor tv. A couple of sun loungers too. The hot tub was a lovely addition and we did intend to use the gas barbecue, but the Florida weather stopped us (rain/storm). The community is gated and is very close to a Walmart, Winn Dixie, Dollar Tree and others. Just across the junction is a Checkers, McDonalds plus other amenities and restaurants. We would recommend the villa and would happily rebook.

Very impressed with cleanliness, excellent facilities inside and outside the property. Very easy to contact owner and quick response excellent. Our holiday was extremely enjoyable and being that our family was mixed age groups from 17 to 84, it is a home that all ages can enjoy very happily.

Nice, quiet community. The house is great equipped and cosy. Beds are comfy. The pool is inviting and the hot tub is very relaxing.

We come to Florida twice a year and this was one of the best rentals we have ever been to. Great house, pool and beds. If I could give a higher rating I would.

Beautiful home with everything needed for a staycation. We never left the home only to shop. The home is slightly small but will sleep 6 comfortably, two to a room. Southern Dunes is directly behind WinDixie & Walmart so there's no need to even deal with traffic. If you're traveling to Disney be prepared & time your departure accordingly. Hwy 27 is a nightmare at peak traffic times. All around we highly recommend Kris & Nancy as great hosts.

Kris is such a great host, we had a chance to meet him and he is very welcoming. The house was just as stated, very clean and close to alot of amenities. Perfect floor plan for families. This house is very well kept and has everything in the kitchen you need to cook a nice meal.we had plenty of pool towels and had a great time in the pool every day. We highly recommend.

Property was great, and Kris was a welcoming host. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this property to anyone travelling to the Orlando area.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The pool and house are absolutely beautiful. Only issue that we had was the house was very warm the entire stay. Kristopher was quick to answer whenever I had a question or concern. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location. I would absolutely stay here again
