3 BR Private Pool Home 5miles from Disney - Free Pool + Spa Heat & Gas Grill

Immaculately clean. This is a bit of an older and slightly dated home but that’s fine and it’s imminently clean. Like spotless. The pool deck was a nice place to hang out and unwind after and between park days. I really appreciate that it’s well stocked with normal housewares. Little things like salt and pepper, a few extra towels and the like. Also… most rentals of this sort have really lousy bottom of the barrel pool tables… the one in this home is very very nice. Pool hall quality which we really enjoyed on a rainy day. Location to parks, dining, groceries and such is perfect too. Thanks we will definitely be back!

This house is in the perfect spot for all the theme parks. The owner is one of the best people I have ever worked with. I will stay at this house every time I am in Florida.

Everything in the listing is accurate. It is obvious the owner and management company go above and beyond to ensure a seamless, relaxing all inclusive stay (except for food). 8-10 miles from Disney and Universal. 5 minutes from shopping, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend for those that want to stay off park site and enjoy privacy in a great neighborhood but still close to everything.

I love this property and have stayed here a few times. it is in the perfect location. The owner of the property is a pleasure to work with and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Will rent here every time I travel to Florida.

My husband and I stayed for a much needed vacation. This was everything we were looking for and more! We so enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day and the peace and quiet. We will be back! Thank you so much Rick!

Our stay was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and clean with everything we needed for a great stay. Good neighborhood close to amenities and Disney.

We just spent a week here. The proximity to theme parks was great, but it was far enough away to not have constant traffic and lights like you would closer in. The kids loved the pool, I didn’t get in as it was too cold for me. The hot tub heater is tied into the timer on the wall near the fence and after walking 40 miles in 3 days we did use it a few times. Beds were awesome, extra stuff like the game room was great. Kitchen worked for us. We cooked multiple meals there with no need for extra pots pans or similar. There is a regular coffee pot and a keurig Walmart is very close and there is an Aldi and Publix the opposite direction of Walmart and almost just as close. Thanks for letting us stay!
