Stayed Oct 17, 2025The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen supplied everything we needed to prepare a simple dinner and breakfast. An evening visit from the donkeys and cows, just outside the gate, was a treat. Hosts are friendly and easy to communicate with.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025This is a great central location if you are in the area for the Round Top Antique Show. The house has lovely pastoral views and is quite peaceful, which is welcome after the busyness of the shows. The beds are comfortable and the AC works well (always important in Texas). We would stay there again.
