Nice stay. Rainy so couldn’t enjoy the deck but comfy inside.

We had a great time. House was clean and pretty well kept. Area was easily accessible.

This was a great place for three generations to be together. The WiFi did not work great, but for us, it was a great excuse to keep the kids off the TV and interact. We stayed over Thanksgiving and were happy to visit my family while having a home to a call our own. The house was limited in dining room seating and did not have a high chair for my granddaughter but we worked through it. The kitchen was decently stocked with cooking supplies. The garage was nice for unloading in bad weather. Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms decently sized. No bathroom on main floor and basement toilet can only handle #1 due to pump-up plumbing. My daughter and two kids used that area for sleeping and it worked out. The couch was spacious and comfortable. We had a little snow and my granddaughters enjoyed a tiny snowball fight on the deck, just off the dining room.We had a great time with the foosball table.Owner responded to an issue, replacing outdoor light for better lighting, very quickly and communication was fantastic! I recommend staying here and may look for another rental myself.

Andy was very accommodating to our larger than 20 lb dog. My bad because I didn’t read the background info on acceptable dog size. We brought our own blankets and throws to cover the couch and bed because our guy is a couch potato. The internet modem didn’t function properly until I texted Andy and he gave us “permission” to reboot the modem. It worked fine after that. His sign to not unplug the modem was off-putting at first, but it all worked out in the end. Dining room chairs need re-gluing. Some chair supports were loosening at the legs and one or two even came out. Not a problem, though.

yes, pet friendly. bedrooms were nice, but two bedrooms had no window screens. not able to get fresh air. other then that great stay. Thank you Andy

The house was clean and the space was good for us. The location was very convenient to downtown with a lot of stores in walking distance. It would have been nice to have a bathroom on the main floor.

Great stay!

Just what we needed. Close to airport. We walked to Trader Joe’s for food. Quiet neighborhood. Space for 5 women to have private sleeping quarters. More towels would be appreciated so we could avoid washing towels on our vacation. We visited Norwich, Stowe, Montpelier, Shelburne, and the Von Trapp area. All day trips.

The home is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We suggest adding an optional coffee maker (for servicing larger gatherings) to accompany the single-serve K-Cup machine. The large dining room table worked well for the ten of us (four guests and six family members who live locally) for our Sunday Brunch gathering we enjoyed sitting on the very private back deck in the cool evening, with its fine view of the wooded area in the back yard. Two of us braved the 90 degree heat and walked the delightful neighborhood streets in the well-kept subdivision every day. The steep stairs (approximately 45 degree slope) to the second floor and the basement were concerning to the elderly guests and local family members, but all were physically able to navigate them safely except for one with a knee problem. Fortunately, he had no need to access a restroom during our gathering. Our tallest family member pointed out that the porch railing is less than 42 high (code). This could be easily updated by installing a horizontal cable or railing attached to the existing posts. Proximity to the airport, grocery stores, the four homes of our local family, and all the wonderful things in the Burlington area was important to our decision in renting the home.

This home was very clean, and the attached garage was great for storing bikes and scooters. Not having a bathroom (even a powder room) on the main floor was inconvenient, and the bathrooms upstairs were very small.

This house could use some major updating. The amount of bugs inside the home covering the ceiling / walls was extremely unpleasant. The home needs insect mitigating for guests to sleep comfortably.

We were a group of 6 adults and 1 teen who had plenty of room in this home. All of us appreciated the high quality bed linens and bath towels, far superior to many rental properties. The kitchen is very well stocked. The rooms were a little dark, in large part due to the rainy weather. There was room to park 2 cars in the driveway.

The house was clean and comfortable. Adequate sleep space for 6 adults and 3 children. Very convenient location.

Super cute place with plenty of floors and beds to spread out and have your own space! Showers had plenty of hot water for our girls! Kitchen has a bunch of dishes and pans but bring your own condiments. Owner was very responsive and respectful of our privacy! Thank you, would love to stay here again!

Well located, clean and overall nice house. We were adult family in town for a wedding and this house suited us perfectly. The house provided all the details needed in a timely manner and had the house in perfect condition and ready for our stay.

Our family and friends did some snowboarding and skiing at Bolton Valley. This house was perfect. It had everything we needed and felt very cozy. Andy, the host, was very helpful and accommodating. Totally great time.

House was well kept and convenient to Burlington

The home was clean and all the necessary items we needed were provided. We had a large group and having two bathrooms and none on the first floor was a problem. The front steps are dangerous when wet, there is no hand rail, and the steps were wt almost the entire time. Other than those inconveniences it was fine

Very convenient location for our needs. Close to airport. Walking distance to a variety of stores. The number of beds was great for our party of 7 adults and 2 children. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the listinglisting buy afspictured.

I booked this stay for an extended bachelor party weekend. The listening for the bill perfectly and was a great home base for all of our weekend activities. The house was centrally located to accommodate all of our needs. Excellent for those looking to access downtown Burlington, as well as outside excursions.The owner was helpful and responsive, making our stay seamless.I would recommend to anyone interested in a relaxing or adventurous stay to the area!

Very neat, clean and quiet location convenient to downtown and Shelburne for our wedding events. There really weren’t 5 bedrooms as advertised but we managed with 6 adults and 2 children. The bathroom in the basement was not so great. No bathroom on 1st floor was a little inconvenient. One suggestion would be to add non-slip mat for shower/tubs. Quite slippery.

Get together with 11 friends that have been friends for over 50 years. Place conveniently located.
