The house was clean, family & dog friendly, convenient location to where we needed to be & had everything we needed. The owners were extremely quick to remedy a situation upon arrival & even checked on us the following day to ensure everything was working properly. I would stay here again, when in Tulsa. Everything was exactly as pictured. Huge lovely home lots of room for everyone. Adorable pet friendly backyard. Nice neighborhood great location 20 minutes from BOK, which is the reason for our visit. Would definitely stay here again.

Very family friendly and pet friendly! The set-up was great. My mother stayed in the downstairs master while we had the top floor. My son was ecstatic for the bunk bed!

The first thing we saw were ants on the first floor, by the front door, in the coffee bar area, half bath area and even the master bedroom. The second thing was the smell, pet and moldy smell. The floor and carpet needed cleaning. There were urine and other stains on the stairs and upstairs carpet. The master bath had two sinks, one wouldn’t drain. The tub upstairs could use a thorough cleaning. This home needs a lot of TLC.

This home was spotless all amenities worked and the backyard was like a mini oasis. The property manager answered on the first call and answered my questions. We needed a place close to the gold course to watch our girls play in their State Tournament and this place was perfect.

The house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a half bathroom. It’s a comfortable house and pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice. Lots of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms had everything that you would need. The kitchen was stocked with any essentials. You can easily have 6-7 people stay. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The neighbors were friendly.

Home was very clean, spacious, and has everything one would need. Perfect for families. Great communication from host.

Intrance sidewalk had a tree branch hanging 3.5' off ground, floors were dirty, oven and microwave had rotten food in plates (I threw it out), and both were out of order, master bath lavatory stopper unable to seal and hold water and the shower drain stopped up with hair, closet door of upstairs hall closet door hinge broke off, none of the bed mattresses were worth using. I believe you would know most of this if you would the the house guest book!

It was an easy process and Charles was very accommodating about checking in, etc. Everything was as advertised and great stay.

We had excellent time-quiet neighborhood, lots of space at house. Little trouble with the doggie door they had not staying shut so think some flys kept getting in thru it, we had to put something against it to keep it shut. Great communication with host and they gave us recommended places to eat. Thanks!

The house was a great place to stay when traveling w small children! There was a great kids room stocked with a pack and play. House is in a good area near fun activities
