San Francisco, California
Enjoy San Francisco's sunniest neighborhood, Potrero Hill, in this luxurious and charming 3-story Mediterranean style retreat. 5 patios/decks all with amazing views including from the always ready hot tub.
Oracle Park (Giants) is a pleasant 1.5 mi walk down the hill and Chase Center (home of the Warriors) is just a bit farther away. The home is also within 1/2 mile from San Francisco General Hospital (about a 13-minute walk) and just over a mile from USCF's Mission Bay campus.
This spacious three-story, three-bedroom home and its five patios and balconies feature stunning views of Twin Peaks, Downtown, and East Bay. The house is set away from the street with a gracious front patio/garden and is very quiet.
Potrero Hill is not only known for its sun but also easy access to the hot Mission District, AT&T Park, and Downtown - all are walkable and the area is well served by city transit.
Don't miss soaking in the outdoor Hot Tub: great views to Twin Peaks, Downtown, and even the top of the Golden Gate Bridge. It is always hot and ready for your enjoyment.
The main (2nd) floor's open floor plan provides a spacious living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen with everything you might need to serve up a feast.
A separate office/sitting area opens to the sheltered and unique front patio and garden. This room can be transformed to a fourth bedroom for larger parties with comfy queen air mattress.
The French doors in the large Master Bedroom suite open to the garden and hot tub. The large room includes a King Bed, large TV with cable and Apple TV service. After your hot tub enjoy the large two-headed shower in the master bath.
Upstairs (3rd floor) you'll love the two large bedrooms on either side of the large sky-lit bathroom.
The West-facing bedroom features a balcony with fabulous views of Twin Peaks and Downtown. The large bedroom includes queen bed, desk, TV with cable TV, and large closet.
The East-facing bedroom features a queen bed, desk, and closet. Off the bedroom is a very large sunny deck with views of Twin Peaks to the west, the East Bay, and AT&T Park. The deck also has a new Weber gas grill and patio furniture for your dining pleasure.
Guests have commented on the comfort of the beds and the terrific showers. I take care to ensure that the rooms are fresh and clean - good linens, comfortable pillows, and nice towels.
Amenities include gourmet and well-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and 4k TV/Apple TV.
This home is fully furnished and accessorized with Southwestern flair.
Sitting between highways 101 and 280, access to the rest of the city and the entire Bay Area is easy. Plenty of public transit including the Muni 9 and 19 lines as well as easy access to BART. Uber and Lyft provide convenient and less expensive access.
Street parking is plentiful and does not require a permit. Garage parking also available for 1 car (not appropriate for large SUVS).
The house was beautiful, with lots of spaces for sharing and incredible views. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, feels safe, walkable and close to grocery stores as well as coffee shops and restaurants (10min). We had an amazing time and Fran was extremely attentive. Would highly recommend!
:)
This is a wonderful home to relax in while vacationing. The views are spectacular. From the backyard you overlook the city and mountains. Wonderful little outdoor seating areas attached to every room. The home was very comfortable and nicely decorated. I would highly recommend this place for your visit to San Francisco.
We really love Fran’s property with its private outdoor spaces and its proximity to the water front, a neighborhood park, community garden, street parking and Whole Foods Market! It has been perfect for our family for 2 years in a row. Thank you Fran for everything! Debby Spassov
Cozy home, gorgeous views, and a great collection of artwork made it a great place to relax with family after a busy and hectic day at the Art Fair. The well stocked kitchen made cooking in each night a breeze. We would definitely come back!
We stayed for a long weekend. The house is nice and clean. Very nice art work throughout the home. It's a little dated for my taste, but not bad. Amazing views from the backyard and sunsets in the jacuzzi are awesome. It's a tough walk up and down the hills, so bring your walking shoes. It's a quick uber ride into downtown, which was nice. Nice quiet neighborhood. There is parking, but we didn't have a car. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated our time there and would recommend.
Fran's home could not have been any been. The house itself was perfect...a home equipped with smart tech but still feels like a comfy home. The neighborhood was amazing. We went to Plow for breakfast 3 times...it was that good. The views from the beautifully landscaped yard were also stunning. Getting into downtown was a breeze as well as the airport. Would recommend to anyone!
This home is in a hilly, very quiet neighborhood with plenty of on street parking available. There is a delightful park and community garden to walk to at the top of the next street over. If you are a goat, you can easily walk down to several corner stores, a Whole Foods Market and a section of 18th street, in your own quiet, safe Potrero Hill neighborhood, where there are numerous restaurants. In about a 6 minute drive, you can be in the Mission, more of a city than a residential area, for some great shopping and restaurants or, going in a different direction, be in the downtown area, on Market and close to the gorgeous San Fran City Hall. You will be sure to enjoy your Potrero Hill Neighborhood oasis !
Fabulous property. Clean, safe, and convenient location...
