3 BR, 3 BA Duplex, 1 block from the beach

Here's the summary. Of all the places we have stayed in Gulf Shores. this rated the best by the family.The place was clean, well suited for all. With FOUR balconies and plenty of places to sit outside that was great. The pool was of course a bit hit. Right now the heater is out on the pool but the water was quite fine without it for the most part. The owner knows of the issue and is working to fix it. The one problem we had was the bed was a little too firm for us but for others it was good. Hidden hint for the master bedroom. There is a window AC unit in one window if extra AC is necessary. Didn't need to use, but nice to have.My wife enjoyed the large soak tub in the Master Bedroom. Again, one of the best bathrooms in our journeys down this way.The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cups, bowls, silverware, and pots and pans. The Kuerig Duo was one of the better ones. So that was nice. There are plenty of beach chairs available. We didn't need to bring our own. Nice to know for future trips. Definitely a great property to keep on my list for future trips back to the gulf.The host was also very reachable and communicated well as needed before, during and as we departed. So rare these days.

We stayed the last week of May and we had beautiful weather, a great walk to the beach and quiet neighborhood

The property was close to the beach, walking paths, parks, restaurants. The owners were very accommodating. Communication was quick and could not ask for a more perfect setting. Everything is a short drive or not to far for site seeing and shopping. Will definitely come again.

House: The house is clean with great parking, storage, and plenty of room for the family to spread out. The amenities are perfect with the pool, TV options, appliances, etc. Location: This location was perfect for us. We choose to stay a bit away from the party life of spring/ fall break and this was just that. Far enough away to be quiet but close enough to get to the restaurants and stores around the main areas. Hosts: We can't say enough great things about our incredible hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. We look forward to working with them again in the future. Negatives: If I had to pick out one thing that wasn't over the top, perfect, the pool is a bit small if you happen to have two large parties on the A/B side and both decide to visit. This was never an issue for us as we spent a couple hours in the pool each day and most of the remaining time at the beach. Overall, if you have a family or a group of responsible adults looking to enjoy a quiet, calm vacation or remote working experience, this is the place for you. With sufficient parking, reasonable distance to food, beverage, dessert and the beach, have no doubts about the home or the hosts and book today!

This house was perfect for our stay. We had 8 family members stay and it fit us perfectly. The pool in the back was such a bonus for us. We could hang out there when we didn't want to go walk around! Would stay with again.

Property was clean, conveniently located close to the beach, and the owner was very communicative. 100% recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay home was amazing and family had a blast.
