Great layout for families. Gorgeous bathrooms. Had an issue with the sink and the owner/host took care of it right away. Also allowed us two hours extra for checkout which was much appreciated!

Wonderful stay. The pool was amazing.

Would recommend having at least one or two rolls in of paper towel toilet paper back up. Also, there is a twin bed advertised. It is a trendall bed which was a scavenger hunt to find, and there was a fitted sheet but no other bedding for the twin. Otherwise, the rental was great. Good size, clean, fast response from host, and awesome outdoor space.

Our family felt so safe & comfortable in this wonderful home! The hot tub was so nice in the cooler evenings and the pool was super refreshing our last full day there when the temps got into the high 80s. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the kitchen/dining area for meals and playing games at the huge table.Location was very convenient and neighborhood was nice for taking walks.We would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area!

We enjoyed our stay while visiting family. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and super convenient. House could use some repairs to back porch roof and decking and wood benches in backyard in order to ensure the safety of guests.

Comfortable house with lots of space

House layout was great. Kitchen was large and table sat all of us comfortably. Heating/cooling of the house was easy and worked well. The outdoor closed in porch was nice as well. The location worked out perfectly for us as we were in town for Parents Weekend at University of Kentucky. Overall great stay, would book again if needed.

Perfect property for our visit to Lexington with adult children. Our visit included a family wedding and was the perfect location to have some relaxing family time. Very clean, appreciated the pool time and stocked kitchen appliances. Huge Thank you.

It was a great stay in this fantastic property. The house was perfect, we all enjoyed the pool everyday. This was the best stocked property we have ever stayed in and the property owners even had crumbl sent over one night for my family. It was an overall wonderful experience with really really good hosts.

We enjoyed our stay in Lexington! Rooms look just like the pictures and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom situation was a bit difficult for our group but we made it work! Enjoyed having coffee in the mornings in the screened-in porch.

The property was exceptionally clean and user friendly. The pool was a welcome addition since the weather was super hot and humid. All of the floats for the pool were enjoyed by everyone. The kitchen was so big that all of the cooks could have their own space. Great property. We even saw a groundhog who we assumed ate the strawberries.

We had a great time during our stay! This home is located in a safe area and it was easy to get to where we wanted to go!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Lexington. The outdoor area was really wonderful. There's a screened in porch with doors leading out to the pool. Traveling with small children this was really nice and made us feel more safe. The house is a split level, so the bed that's in the living room feels more private than we thought that it would. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded to a problem that we had right away. The location was good for us. There were plenty of towels which was really nice.

House worked well for our needs. Hot tub and pool were a hit with the kids despite the weather. House was clean. AC worked well. Would choose this property again if it all worked out.

The pool had 2 dead mice in it. The silverware drawer was broken. The hot tub didn’t work because of the rain and when I sent a message the manger responded the next day. They had a bag is smelly ice in the freezer. The freezer also had broken drawers. The beds were comfortable,the patio leaked. Much of the patio and pool furniture was broken. Not really impressed. Asked for some money back and they said they would get back to me. That was a week so so I guess that is a no.

Great house. Clean. Well-appointed. All the little things you need like basic condiments, coffee filters, dishwasher pods, etc. Nice beds…great parking…and a HUGE table for family meals.

Four friends and I made the trip to Lexington for a football game. The house was roomy, very clean and had a nice pool/hotub. It was too chilly to swim but was nice to hang out in the back by the pool. Checkin was easy and the host very responsive. I’d recommend the property and would stay here again if in Lexington.
