Stayed Dec 31, 1969After spending several nights in hotels on our ten day vacation The Abbott House was a breath of fresh air. It felt like home walking inside. We were delighted to find a booster seat for the dining chairs and a kids area with bean bags and books. We were able to walk down town for food and events. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed Jun 4, 2026This property had a great location, within walking distance to downtown Grand Junction, coffee shops and restaurants. The vintage furniture was cool, rooms were clean and the AC worked great and was a lifesaver in the hot GJ weather. Parking in the back was handy and plenty for 2 vehicles. Communication with the host was timely and accurate. Would recommend for 2 adults and 2 to 4 kids.
