This place was perfect for my family. It is very big and everyone has their own room and bathroom. My adult kids loved the outside patio area on the roof and they liked that it was close enough to the beach to walk to the beach.

Great location and convenience to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely rent this cute house again!!

The property and location could not have been any better than what it is! It was wonderful for us all to have our own 'quarters' to allow for privacy. The outdoor patios are just perfect for 'get-togethers'.There is absolutely nothing to fault this property and we will definitely use again!100 out of 100!!!!! Marion Brook

The property is spacious and comfortable. Everything needed from pots and pans to shampoo is provided on every floor. We really enjoyed our weekend with family and friends.

Needs a lot of work… and communication needs to be better… first night we were there lights didn’t work in one of the guest rooms… couldn’t find breaker boxes anywhere… messaged host with no response.. locked out of the house one evening when we returned to the beach and couldn’t get in, messaged host… didn’t hear back until the following day… thankfully the lock started working again and we were able to get back in.. no hot water upstairs the last couple days of our stay so we had to take cold showers in the upstairs bathroom. Found a couple of LIVE roaches… in the kitchen…. very disgusting!!!!! Hosts definitely could’ve done better and they definitely need to update their house.. things were not working right or very rickety and not good… definitely won’t recommend this house for anyone else

House was very clean, bathrooms were amazing. So much room for everyone, we were a party of 8 and so comfortable

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Plenty of space to spread out. Great views from the rooftops. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and Pleasure Pier.

This location worked better than any of the places we have stayed at for the Rally. The garage was perfect for a truck and trailer. Everyone had a great stay and didn’t feel like we were in each others way!

The house very nice and I love that each room has its own full bathroom. Also, every room has a TV which is greatly needed. It is located in a flood zone but overall it is very awesome. I would stay here again.

Overall, ever thing was great. For some reason it took awhile to find the pots but that was just us. On the second level the lights in one of the bedrooms didn't work and the coffee table was flimsy and the bottom shelf fell off. Other than that it was a great location and the roof top deck was awsome. It might not be ideal for a person in a wheelchair or someone who cannot walk a lot of stairs.

The home was very spread out with a lot of stairs but also a lot of privacy. The king beds were really hard and needed new sheets but we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The home is only 3 blocks from the beach and we could park 3 cars in the huge garage. We would have also liked a more comfortable place to lounge together. The tv area couches were kind of stiff and hard. But we enjoyed our time together in this big home.

This was an exceptional property surrounded by mediocre homes n businesses. Once we walked through the door n up the stairs, everything was in pristine condition. The hosts were accommodating n responsive. Every room had its own bath which was a plus. The only downside is that the mattresses need to be updated for more comfort. I would select this property again even with the lack of comfortable beds. We had a great time.

This home is so beautiful to be so dirty. Fridge smelled of rotten fish, cockroaches and eggs scattered all over the home. Dead flies, dirt and debris everywhere. We had to leave and find a new place to stay. Lost an entire day of vacation trying to find a new house for 12 people to go to last minute. For a million dollar property to not have professional pest control and a poor housekeeper is beyond me. As soon as i mentioned the cockroaches, the host stopped responding. Still no refund 7 days after.

The house was spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay until the Hurricane hit and we lost electricity. We tried to complete our stay, but it just got to be too much after 80 hours with no power. The Host was nice enough to offer us another 4 day stay for free, which is extremely generous of them due to it not being anyone's fault. We will definitely consider staying at this home again.

The property was perfect for my family and the location was close to the beach. My family enjoyed the fact that each floor had it's own kitchen. Parking was plentiful with the garage and the first floor was really helpful for my older parents who couldn't go up stairs.

Property is the best! Our family had a great time and with little to no issues. None of which affected our fabulous time and great memories!

It was a great stay. House was perfect for our group of 9. Liked that we could park our personal vehicles in the garage. Just a short walk to the beach. Would recommend.
