We had the best weekend! The design and amenities of the house are very thoughtful with attention to every detail. We loved the inside with the comfy beds, multiple tvs with options to login to our apps, and the kitchen. Everything necessary to cook our breakfast was available. We also loved the backyard. We had a fire in the fire pit, played some corn hole and just relaxed with a cup of coffee or glass of wine outside depending on the time of day. Jeremy was also very responsive to any questions we had. We hope to be back.

Very good location, just outside of downtown Boyne City (about a 10 minute walk). The outside area was amazing - fenced in and private, beautiful and lots of seating/area for play for little kids. The house is very nicely updated, well stocked and overall the house was clean. The only real disappointment was there did not appear to be central air, only 2 AC units (1 in the living room and 1 in the master). While it kept the house relatively cool, it was definitely warmer in the rooms without the units (had to have our daughter sleep in the master with us because it was too hot in her room) and the units are very loud. They turn off/back on as it reaches the temperature throughout the night and it was so loud when it would turn back on it would wake ourselves and our daughter from sleep. I also personally didn’t like that you can’t lock the windows with the AC units unless you wanted to take out the AC unit completely. Besides the AC stuff, I was happy with our stay. The host was also very kind and responsive.

Overall the property was everything that was advertised. it was well equipped including spices. Cooking utensils and pots and pans were great and in good shape. Access to downtown was an easy walk which we did almost daily. Outside area was comfortable and we used it almost daily. We would stay there again.

Place was well located to the downtown area. Could have walked or biked to it. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need if you wanted to cook. The backyard had a good area to sit and have a fire. We did not get that opportunity due to our Michigan weather unfortunately. I would stay here again if we need to travel to Boyne City again

My friends and I had a great stay at this house! Although it’s in boyne city, it’s still such a convenient drive to boyne mountain. There is a great living space with plenty of room for 9 people. The kitchen is very, very well equipped with all the cooking essentials, including spices. Overall great house for skiing and hosting a larger group.

We enjoyed our stay at the “Maxwell” for 5 nights over Christmas break. We took our two teens and their two friends for a snowboarding trip at Boyne Mountain. The home was located conveniently close after a long day on the slopes, the beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the home was cute & cosy! Jeremey was easy to communicate with. Overall we had a great time and made many wonderful memories. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.
