Stayed Jun 13, 2024Worst experience I’ve ever had. I was travelling from one city to another. The day I was supposed to check in, the host contacted me and cancelled the booking (stating that they never knew about the booking). I made the booking 3 months in advance and it got cancelled a few hours before my check in. I had to contact customer service 3 times each call lasting 1 hour and I still haven’t received my money back
