There are three living room areas for a family to relax and read a book, work on your computer or watch some television on two TVs with what seemed like hundreds of channels to satisfy everyone’s interests.Bill is such a great host. He answers any questions and responds to requests within minutes of receiving a text message. He respects your privacy and doesn’t intrude on your time at the rental. He truly cares about making your stay a satisfying, pleasant experience.

Stayed May 14, 2025Our stay was great!The house was fully stocked, clean and we had plenty of room to celebrate my son's graduation from Merrimack. The back yard was beautifully landscaped and very private, which served us well for a family BBQ.Bill was a great host, and our weekend was a big success!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025We were comfortable and the hosts were easy to communicate with. The only thing we were uncomfortable with was the house was close to a busy street. The large pine tree made it difficult to pull out or back in. We were in a larger truck.
