This lovely newly- renovated 3 bedroom villa is located in the Orta Alan district of Kalkan, and is a fairly easy 15 -20 minutes stroll into the centre.
Approached by some 10-15 steps, the accomodation comprises of an open plan lounge/ kitchen / dining area on the first floor, which has a balcony and wonderful sea views. The lower floor, where the swimmimg pool is located, can be reached for a staircase leading from this area.
On the swimming pool level there are one double bedroom andone twin bedrom, both with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool terrace.
The pool terrace itself is spacious and has 6 sunbeds , umbrellas and an alfresco dining area for 6. The pool is 5.5 x 3 metres and has a depth of 1.55 metres.
The master bedroom is located on the uppermost level and comprises of a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus a beautiful circular jacuzzi from which panoramic views across Kalkan Bay can be enjoyed.
Adjacent to this bedroom there is an outdoor seating terrace again with stunning views.
The villa has wifi internet and is full air-conditioned , and has adjacent on street parking.
A good choice for those guests not wishing to drive on holiday.,
