3-bedroom vacation home steps to Prien Lake Park and 1.5 mile to Casinos.

The host was an excellent communicator, very responsive and accommodating! The house was beautiful and is in a great location!

The location of the home is so private! Love the quiet neighborhood. I chose that area because of a wedding at PrienPark. That is absolutely beautiful too. Hobin is a great host . The house was very clean and spacious.

Amazing stay with great amenities, very close to casinos and other attractions.

This property was IMMACULATE. So clean , had EVERYTHING we needed, great location. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect for what we needed

My daughter and husband moved to Lake Charles about two months ago. We hadn’t seen them since December. They both had birthdays, so we came to celebrate with them. The property was simply beautiful and well maintained. We are not party people so is was perfect for us. Everything was laid out and labeled for easy access. So when we come back to Lake Charles, this will be our go to home to stay. It was perfect!

We were only there for one night, but it was very nice. The house is very quiet and clean, we were very satisfied.

Very nice home. Enjoyed our stay and the surfounding ares in the short time we were there. The back patio is very nice to relax in the morning and evening. Set up beautifully.

This house was fabulous!! It is exactly as described. Great location, too. So close to the casinos, a park, and boat launch. Everything in the house is clearly labelled, so there's no searching. And it has evrything you could possibly need - including extra fans!! It is clean and beautiful, too.

We loved this property. It was very clean, and in a great neighborhood. Close to casinos which is where we were headed. The host was great at communicating, and even gave me lots of suggestions for activities. We were also allowed to check in much earlier without an additional charge. The only slight issue that we had was the bed in the master bedroom is very low to the ground and the mattress was uncomfortable. Anyone with back or knee issues like us will want to keep that in mind. However, the beds in the other two rooms were higher and better mattresses.

The property exceeded expectations. Plenty of room for all. Great host communication.

We had a last minute get away with friends and this home was perfect. Minutes from the casino made it a perfect trip!

We stayed here for see our son's college baseball weekend. Close to McNeese and Casino's. It was perfect! Host was easy to communicate. Supplies were more than generous. We will stay here anytime we are in Lake Charles!

The best AB&B we have come across. We invited our adult children over along with the grandkids for dinner. The place is so spacious, plenty of comfortable seating. If has everything possible you would need to entertain. It even has a supply of games and books for all ages. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house is very spacious, clean, cozy, inviting, and up-to-date. Communication was seamless, and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

It was a perfect stay for my daughter’s graduation. The whole family was able to come and stay together. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent.

This place was very nice and very clean. The Owners/Host were friendly and communication was top notch. They went above and beyond to make our holiday special and I would recommend this place to anyone looking in the Lake Charles area. The home itself was open and spacious, the beds were comfortable and it had a fully fenced side yard with a patio to relax on. As far as the kitchen, just bring the groceries as everything else you will need to cook a meal for your family is in this fully stocked kitchen with double ovens. One more plus side to this property is the location. It is close to stores and in a very safe quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this place 100% and I will be hoping to come back and stay with my family again in February.

Great location for our stay.

Even though we have family in the area, we decided to do a vacation rental. Knowing the area, we chose this location. It was perfect! Location was great, my son went for a run and loved being able to do a work out at the nearby park. Inside, everything was clean, well organized, and labeled. Contact with host owners was swift and check in/out was explained well. We would love to stay at this location again in the future!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! This was a special first trip out of town for my parents since the pandemic happened and we chose the perfect place. The house was so clean and cozy it felt like home to us. It is literally minutes from the casinos and had convenient grocery stores close by. We loved that the neighborhood was quiet at night and the house had all the ammenities we could ever possibly need. The next time we make a trip out to Lake Charles we will definitely be staying here again :)

This patio home was perfect for our three families staying for a softball tournament.

It was a very nice home with plenty of space for our family of 5. Communication was very easy. Sitting right next to Prien Park is nice for a family looking to have a nice time near the lake.
